un hôtel avec de belles attentions et un bon service, mais comparé aux autres hôtels de notre séjour, ce n’est pas celui
Pros:

• Le personnel a été très réactif : la première chambre avait une odeur d’humidité/cigarette, mais dès qu’on l’a signalé, ils étaient plusieurs à se mobiliser pour nous changer de chambre rapidement.
• La literie est confortable, on dort bien.
• Le petit déjeuner est excellent, rien à redire !
• La petite balade à chameau gratuite est un vrai plus, une expérience originale.
• Le billard à disposition est sympa pour se détendre.
• L’espace avec la balancelle près de la piscine est très agréable.

Cons:

• L’odeur dans la première chambre.
• Le manque de ventilateur dans la chambre.
• Le frigo et le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnaient pas.
• Le massage de la tête gratuit est une bonne idée, mais dommage qu’il soit réservé uniquement aux hommes.

Excellent hôtel
Pros:

Cet hôtel est super et au calme. Les chambres sont grandes, modernes et très propres.
Le personnel est sympathique, souriant, et fait tout pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux.
Je les remercie pour nous avoir fait une très belle décoration pour la Saint-Valentin, c’était magnifique.
Le restaurant est grand et avec du choix.
Grande piscine extérieure et aire de jeux.

We stayed at Mana Hotels, Ranakpur for one night and truly enjoyed our experience.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, with pleasant modern architecture and a large, well-maintained green territory filled with plants and trees. Everything feels calm, spacious and thoughtfully designed.

What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone we interacted with — at the reception, through room service, and especially in the restaurant — was incredibly kind, professional and genuinely welcoming. The restaurant deserves a special mention: delicious food, warm atmosphere and wonderful people who clearly care about what they do.

We also arranged a jungle safari through the hotel and were introduced to Mahendra from Ranakpur Wild & Nature Safari. He is an extraordinary guide — calm, knowledgeable and deeply connected to nature. Thanks to him, we were lucky enough to see a leopard from just a few meters away, which was an unforgettable experience and a highlight of our trip.

Even though our stay was short, it was very memorable. Mana Hotels is a great choice if you are visiting Ranakpur and looking for comfort, nature, and excellent service. We would gladly return.

Hotel moderno e accogliente
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel dal design moderno-industriale, che si presenta molto bene e trasmette un’impressione di ordine e ampiezza grazie agli spazi comuni ampi e ben organizzati.
La nostra camera era confortevole, dotata di una piccola verandina esterna molto piacevole per rilassarsi. Il bagno, pur semplice, risultava funzionale e in linea con lo stile generale della struttura.
Il personale si è mostrato sempre cortese e disponibile.

Cons:

La camera che ci è stata assegnata era collegata direttamente alla sala da pranzo tramite un breve corridoio privo di separazione, e questo ha comportato un notevole disturbo dovuto ai rumori provenienti dai commensali e dallo staff addetto alla cucina e alle pulizie.
Inoltre, il bagno, pur esteticamente gradevole, evidenziava alcune tipiche imperfezioni costruttive che, per chi è abituato a standard europei, risultano più evidenti.
La colazione con una buona varietà di piatti indiani, ma una selezione limitata di proposte internazionali.

We vonden het een hele mooie locatie, waarbij de nodige faciliteiten aanwezig waren.

Cons:

Ze hadden hun stoelen net geschilderd toen wij in het zwembad gingen, wij wisten dit niet en legden uit gewoonte onze handdoeken hierop. Ondanks dat enkele medewerkers dit zagen werd er niets op gezegd, waardoor er nu vlekken op onze handdoeken zitten die er niet uit geraken.

It is a very stylish and modern hotel , we loved all of bit about it! Good standard 4 star hotel with very good facilities. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food are reasonable price and good quality.
