Disaster hotel

I was offered dirty room even after checking whether the room is fine( since i felt that staff were not professional i asked them when i got the key)
They allotted second room which was not a non smoking room. Room ceiling had fungus and breakfast was disaster. Restaurant staff could not communicate. Whatever you ask she will smile and say yes. I realized she doesn’t understand English nor malayalam then i asked her which language she speaks but she couldn’t get me then. I tried hindi then she spoke. It is a total waste of money and i dont know how it got 4* certification. If you are fond of listening to lots of sorries and excuses then this is the place

Peaceful stay guaranteed
Pros:

Spacious room with a comfy bed and good wardrobe. Complimentary breakfast is not buffet but a couple of options will be available to choose from. Have a good parking space. Overall, the stay was comfortable and far from the rush of the city.

Good place to rest well!
Pros:
