The behaviour of their staff is not promotable.. They took extra amount also from us ... At the late night we wants to gave the money ... Actually our family very disappointed because of this
Lift is good and clean. Staffs behaviour was good
Only 12 hrs check out time they are giving or one night stay. This is not sufficient time to go for tour or convenient time. If we wish to visit some places in pollachi like temples,shopping etc we need time and stay. After visiting temple we need to take rest for a while.
Second is they are giving only one small soap, one shampoo. Rooms are for two persons, not for one.person.

Room is small. There was no glasses provided. Bathroom door is not in good cindition.
Almost every hotel allows a 24-hour stay, but this hostel does not. I checked in at 10:00 PM and my checkout time was still forced at 11:00 AM. How is this fair? You charged me ₹2000 for just 14 hours. The receptionist even said, 'This is our policy — even if you check in at 10:59 AM, your checkout time will still be 11:00 AM, and you must pay for one full day.' This policy is unfair, unreasonable, and the worst experience I’ve had.
Convenient location, serving break fast is not necessary.
Horrible Sound of utensils throwing after serving foods to adjacent rooms are unbearable. Very bad Wi-Fi signal
