Cons:

They cancelled the booking on their own before we reach. We had to book another room in the late night. They didn't even contact us before cancelling. Lost trust in the advance booking system.

"I booked Suvarna Compact based on its ratings and the 'pay at the property' policy shown on Booking.com. However, the manager insisted that I pay 50% in advance or my booking would be canceled. Despite paying the advance, I was given a room at Suvarna Residency, which is of lower quality than the property I had originally booked. The manager claimed that Suvarna Compact had no available rooms, so they assigned me a room at Suvarna Residency, where the rooms had an unpleasant odor. In the end, I managed to get a refund for the advance payment. The Suvarna Group of Hotels is highly unprofessional."
