Pros:

Very poor hospitality , they never give us a extra bed which I have been requested earlier , they asked me to pay more money and very rude behaviour of the staffs . Very poor service

Room was comfortable

Cons:

There was no one available in reception. Almost 3 days, I called reception but not even single time it was attended.
During check in, they will ask to pay full amount. They are not agreeing for partial amount

Never ever go there to stay even for hours.

The rooms were too pricy..and not recommended for family. Bachelors can stay…but the staff were rude and were pointless with their policy

Pros:

Location wise it is good.

Cons:

As soon as I entered, questions like "Why did you book on booking.com?", "why didn't you call us directly to book?" made me feel less welcome. Also, their software reflected incorrect amounts. So until it was resolved I couldn't check in for almost an hour.

very bad experience, Plz plz avoid this place.
Pros:

it’s closer to prime shopping. Hotel staff is kind except manager.

Cons:

Bad smell. unclean sheets. Broken toilet. Rude and ignorant Hotel Manager. No lift. They don’t care about the customer. I have made a special request for early check-in. The hotel management ignored and demanded to pay more or reach booking.com. The manager says there are no rooms available for early check-in but if paid extra ₹650, he can accommodate. All he care is extra money but no concern for customer. Don’t recommend to book here.
