Pros:

Lo staff della colazione,le camere sono abbastanza nuove.la struttura nel complesso sarebbe bella e comoda se gestita in maniera professionale.
Lo staff animazione valido se avete bambini

Abbiamo avuto problemi con una camera confinante per la maleducazione di alcuni ragazzi.Per via del telefono non funzionante siamo dovuti scendere 3 volte in reception prima di risolvere con un cambio stanza.i ragazzi maleducati non sono imputabili all'hotel ma l'incapacità di garantire silenzio nelle ore notturne si. La notte c'è stata una forte nevicata ed il mattino era impossibile uscire dal parcheggio.la palestra ha orari discutibili (non segnalati nella descrizione),la sauna è chiusa al sabato. Il grosso problema è lo staff manageriale che non ha garantito tranquillità e sicurezza e non si è neanche scusato.
