-I think the low ratings are mostly given by foreigners or people who have never stayed in 2 2-star hotels. For a 2 star property it has everything and is decently clean.
- Hotel had comfy bed, clean washrooms, toiletries and towel.
-had ample car parking and located at prime location

Nothing only the location is situated in main town

Cons:

No wifi, small room, geyser is not in working condition. Also no switch board is working. When we complained about it they are asking for extra money for room change. So, we immediately leave the hotel and found another hotel near by with same price. Overall bad experience.
