Average. Will look for somewhere else next time. Not a good stay
Pros:

Location is good. Never had breakfast. Facility needs an upgrade. Bathrooms Poor. Our room had an unflushed toilet when we took occupation. Ordered room service it was average

The stay was not excellent but not too bad. They can improve some of the things they offer.
Pros:

We opted not to take the breakfast, therefore cannot comment

Cons:

TV -poor quality with limited channels
The bed was not comfortable - they should have Queen beds instead of Double beds where there are 2 adults.
Perhaps - they could introduce an inhouse bar
There was no fridge we requested ice blocks, they could not offer
The kettle was not clean; it has white particles. we had to rinse it several times.
No proper coffee and milk, we were offered chicory (Ricoffee and Cremora)
The building does not have lift to move to upper floor

I was happy with the ironing area.
But it's not value for money

The hotel was well situated for the occasion.

Cons:

The guests above us were very noisy. They kept dropping things on the floor and were very loud until after 3 in the morning. 50th School reunion

It was not pleasant,do not think I will ever go there again

It’s clean and the food is good

Cons:

The door to my room was not functioning properly so I had to take minutes trying to open it and the most annoying part is even the cleaning lady told me that they know the door has a problem,so why did they allocate me the room if they knew there is a problem with the door?
The bar is not well stocked,had to opt for another kind of drink because my usual drink was finished
