The towels were not in a good state
toilet paper were soiled
pillows were uncomfortable
electric plugs were not working properly
Everything was good, it clean, the welcome was good, warm and smiling, and also the breakfast was delicious 👌 except the bread it expired, but other things was perfect

It’s not well lit from the outside. It’s dark at night .
Uncomfortable bed, old sheets and old towels, not white anymore
Phoning Regal (thrice) to see whether they coukd kindly accommodate our request, met with waffle and a completely disinterested response from the staff
