La Hacienda Hotel, at Xcaret

Our stay at Hacienda Hotel Xcaret was extremely pleasant. The property itself is magical, set in the middle of the jungle, with plants lushly surrounding the area in a way that feels both natural and elegant. The pool is truly fascinating, like swimming in a natural pond. The quiet area is definitely a big bonus as well.

We stayed in the Suite King Deluxe, which is very spacious and comfortable. It had the best shower of our entire vacation!

The hosts were wonderful and very helpful in many ways.

Staying at La Hacienda Hotel was unique experience. The place was beautiful and charming with wonderful vegetation and a small pool. We enjoyed sitting outside, absorbing the beauty and meeting interesting people.
The building has the feel and charm of an old estate. Other advantages of the place were the proximity to the Xcaret park, very pleasant bakery and restaurant right next to the back entrance and Playa Del Carmen was just a short drive.
Skip, the owner, was very friendly and made sure that we had a pleasant stay - some drinks in the room, access to a washer and dryer and a beautiful and very well stocked shared kitchen.
We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the place.

The decorations is amazing, the room is big and comfortable. The service is perfect. There is a nice place for breakfast near by. It's a bit far from everything so it's better to be with a car.

Ogólnie miejsce jest EXTRA, jednak bardzo dobre wrażenia po pobycie w tym miejscu zostały totalnie zrujnowane przez pobranie drugi raz opłaty za nocleg w obiekcie mimo płatności przez Booking.com. Właściciel gwarantował 100% zwrotu z Bookingu, ponieważ twierdził, że oni w ogóle nie dostają żadnych pieniędzy od Bookingu i należy płacić w obiekcie. Zapłaciłem drugi raz kartą na miejscu, mimo że właściwie nie musiałem… W końcu po miesiącu dostałem niepełny zwrot od właściciela. Zostałem obciążony znacznymi kosztami przelewu na konto PayPal. Nie dostałem pełnego zwrotu jednej nadpłaty mimo zapewnień, że tak właśnie będzie…

Such a fantastic, secluded little gem. The property is absolutely beautiful—surrounded by lush jungle and all kinds of wildlife, which makes it feel super peaceful and special. The pool is amazing—clean, quiet, and feels like you’re floating in a cenote. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and made everything feel easy from the start. The rooms are really comfortable, the beds are plush, and the little kitchenette is a great touch if you want to cook a quiet dinner in. Also, the showers were really nice. Will definitely come back!

비행기가 연착이 되서 자정 이후에 도착했는데, 늦은 시간에도 친절하게 안내해주셔서 정말 감사했어요.
사진도 아름답지만 실제로 보니 훨씬 매력적이고 멋진 숙소였습니다. 운좋게 거미원숭이들도 만나서 바나나를 줄수있었고요.
정글분위기 속 로컬 분위기가 물씬나는 곳, 번잡하지 않고 한적한 곳을 좋아하고, 동물과 자연을 사랑하는 사람들에게 아주 적합한 곳입니다.

L’authenticité du lieu en pleine nature

Super sympathischer und hilfreicher Gastgeber in einer wunderschönen Hacienda! Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt!

Het is een oase van rust, lekker kleinschalig en het complex ziet er prachtig uit! De eigenaar is heel hartelijk en behulpzaam. Daardoor voelden wij ons direct thuis. Het appartement was erg ruim en de bedden lagen heerlijk. Locatie dichtbij Playa del Carmen (10 min met de auto), maar toch rustig gelegen. Wij hadden het geluk om apen te kunnen voeren en er zijn bijvoorbeeld grote blauwe vlinders die we nog nergens anders in Mexico gespot hebben. Kortom je voelt meteen dat je in de jungle bent!

Everything was magical!

L’hacienda est magnifique, on se croirait dans un film ! Nôtre hôte était très accueillant et vraiment très gentil. Il y a un frigo dans la chambre, le lave linge et sèche linge sont un plus. On a pu donner à manger à des singes qui viennent vers une des terrasses. Il faut bien suivre les indications pour trouver le logement. Très proche de playa del Carmen, tout en étant au calme.

Es un paraíso escondido para descansar y desconectarse del mundo. Un verdadero oasis "hippie-chic" rodeado de naturaleza y estilo mexicano, desde su arquitectura, amoblamiento y decoración. La atención de su dueño es excelente. Estuvimos muy cómodas. Super recomendable!
