Location was great and cleaning staff and front desk person (Mary) was very helpful in getting advise to restaurants.
Facilities of pool, lounge chairs and gym were excellent.
Balcony furnishings were old, uncomfortable and difficult to sit in and get out of; table was small, weather beaten, and cheap. Bed was hard, lumpy and had a bar sticking out on one side. sofa was disgusting, old, smelly, bottom cushions were totally flat and also had a bar sticking out. No dish towels or hand towels provided, no bar to hang bath towels on to dry. Get rid of lockbox and upgrade to digital entrance system. Also had water leakage to kitchen sink.

Location was good, just a few blocks from the busy 5ta. avenida and the beach, but far enough to be quiet. The place itself was great. Nice rooftop pool, small but modern updated gym with everything you need, and everything very clean. Good service at the front desk as well. Little on the expensive side, but overall great stay. There is a bar across the street that can get a bit loud, so if you're a light sleeper, be aware. Side note: the tacos across the street are amazing!
The appartment was really clean, the bed was confortable and the pool area was really nice as well. In general is a nice place to stay near to restauranrs and supermarks
There is a Karaoke bar next to the building which play loud music until 2am. Also be carreful with the extra fees&taxs before paying. The final price we paid was almost the double as shown original in booking
