Ascensore guasto e difficoltà nell'accesso alla struttura dall'area posteggio.
Camera non insonorizzata e con arredamento molto datato.
La camera matrimoniale non aveva il materasso unico, ma era composta da due materassi singoli.

Outdated and poor service
Mi sono ritrovato in un appartamento fuori la struttura. Il letto matrimoniale che avevo richiesto era formato da due singoli che si separavano. In bagno la doccia aveva un telo fastidioso e la dotazione di shampoo e saponi era misera se non pessima. Stanza rumorosa e piena di zanzare e mosche.
Colazione ottima, completa di tutto e dolci fatti dagli chef della struttura, piscina grande e pulita e personale molto gentile
Stanza un po' datata, senza terrazzo e finestre in alluminio che si aprono sono a wasista, si sente un po' l'odore della tappezzeria come se ci fosse poco ricambio di aria.

The staff and the pool, when it was open.
There was barely any air-conditioning in the rooms at all. They advertise 2 pools, there was only one that we could use and if they had an event, they closed it, without warning. The restaurant had an extremely limited menu..literally 4 entrees and they did not change daily. The shuttle to the beach was once in the morning, round trip and then in the afternoon. They dropped you off at the beginning of the beaches and you had to walk to the actual places that have beach chairs and amenities. No other taxi services or transportation access unless you rent a vehicle and if you are not familiar with their driving practices, I do not recommend it. If you don't speak Italian, there are very few people to help with any issues. Parts of the hotel are beautiful and timeless but others really need some updating.
