Hotel elegante e all'avanguardia, con personale gentile, in un ambiente piacevole e rilassato

Al check-in il personale della reception è stato gentilissimo, oltre ogni aspettativa. Siamo stati omaggiati di due welcome drink, che abbiamo usato per l'aperitivo prima di cena; ci è stato fatto un upgrade della camera, con ottima posizione e un simpatico balcone; servizio di pulizia di prima qualità. La camera aveva la tecnologia del bagno e della doccia di ultimissima generazione, con prodotti di prima qualità. Colazione a buffet oltre ogni aspettativa, con presenza di abbondante scelta di prodotti oltre ad una selezione di prodotti locali di particolare qualità. Abbiamo provato il ristorante una sera a cena: benissimo il menù e ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Abbiamo acquistato un trattamento alla SPA, eseguito in modo eccezionale. splendida la stessa SPA. La prossima volta che torneremo a Livigno, prenoteremo senz'altro in questo albergo.

Wir hatten zwar nur eine Nacht im Hotel Spol in Livigno, aber unser Aufenthalt war wirklich rundum hervorragend. Der Spa-Bereich ist besonders hervorzuheben: sehr schön gestaltet, gepflegt und perfekt zum Entspannen. Auch die Zimmer haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie sind modern, stilvoll und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Personal war ausnahmslos extrem freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel, das wir sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Lage, Ausstattung, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Wir waren genau oberhalb der Küche. Die automatische Türe ist sehr gut hörbar und störend. Zimmer 106 nicht empfehlenswert

La bellissima accoglienza, la grande gentilezza e la tendenza a volere esaudire ogni possibile richiesta, sempre con il sorriso. La Spa è davvero bella. La camera confortevole e moderna. Il ristorante con un menu ricercato molto buono e dei piatti ben presentati, con un servizio ottimo.

Ligging, Wellness, Personeel was vriendelijk, kamers en badkamer was top en heeeeel proper en netjes..

Cons:

Onze kamer was 1 de verdieping kamer 106 net boven de receptie..
We hoorden constant de automatische deur open en dichtgaan was heeeeel irtiterent Begon om 6u in de ochtend tot s’avonds laat
Dus echt rust was het helaas niet.. Heb aan receptie dit vermeld maar ze konden niets doen

Wellness sluit om 20u dit is veel te vroeg, eer dat je komt van de Skislopes, en klaarmaakt heb je niet veel tijd meer over..
En de hotelgasten vooral de mannen liepen gewoon naakt in de Sauna en dat is wat minder helaas..

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Everything was amazing. Location 2 minute walk to the ski lift and restaurants and easy car park access. Breakfast was delicious and staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough. The hotel was clean and homely and the room was cleaned twice a day. The spa was lovely and quiet after a day of skiing.
