The bed was very comfortable, there was a selection of pillows, great buffet breakfast, friendly staff, great location.
Lack of storage in bathroom, there wasn't anywhere to put your toiletries. The shower screen leaked water. The room was noisy at times. There was no fresh tea and coffee at breakfast, only from the machine. The hotel didn't feel value for money for the price we paid.
Breakfast was very good with excellent choice of bread and fruit in particular. The Pine Walk location is stunning with wonderful views of the Bay of Pollenca.
The staff made our stay very special as they were so helpful and friendly 10 out of 10 !!!!!!
A very small point the fried eggs could have been warmer.
Superbe logement situé en première ligne à Port de Pollença. Nous avons énormément apprécié ce séjour, nous aurions aimé y rester plus longtemps ! Beaucoup de choix au niveau du petit-déjeuner, les pieds dans le sable, que demander de plus !

Lyxigt att bo så nära havet. Lugnt och skönt. Rent och fint. Trevlig och vänlig personal. Kommer definitivt välja samma hotell vid en retur till orten.
Lite kallt om natten. Försökte ställa in ACn men gick ej.

Ganz tolles, kleines Hotel direkt am Strand mit einer wirklich wunderschönen Frühstücksterrasse. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Zimmer sauber, ruhig mit allem was man braucht. Personal sehr freundlich und geht auf individuelle Wünsche ein. Strandtücher kann man kostenfrei ausleihen und jederzeit wechseln.
Wir können nichts beanstanden.
