Ci è piaciuto la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale,sempre pronti a risolvere ogni dubbio e perplessità

Cons:

Le pareti tra le varie camere sono poco insonorizzate e purtroppo non si è riuscito a riposare adeguatamente a causa di suoni provenienti da altre stanze,come per esempio la roncopatia dell'ospite della stanza affianco alla nostra,che ci ha tenute sveglie fino al mattino

прекрассный отель, особо хочу отметить очень приятный и вежливый персонал. Питание замечательное, советую брать и завтрак и ужин. Номера очень чистые и даже в одноместном номере есть балкон. Наличие спа с различными саунами помогает прекрассно отохнуть в конце дня катания на лыжах. Рекомендую на 100%

Cons:

На завтраке не хватало свежих овощей. Очень неудобная и маленькая раковина в ванной, но это не влияет на общую оценку.

Hotel completo e rilassante, con navetta per gli impianti.
Pros:

Hotel molto bello, staff gentile e disponibile.
Tutto pulito anche la spa tenuta molto bene .
Per chi volesse c’è il servizio navetta che vi porta da hotel agli impianti .
Presente anche sala per sci e scarponi .

Cons:

Colazione completa e buona ma si potrebbe migliorare la qualità dei prodotti, ho trovato alcune cose un po’ “industriali” , nel complesso buona .
