Hard beds, bad showers.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was great, just a couple of blocks away from the coastline and a good restaurant. The courtyards were filled with beautiful plants.

Cons:

The mattresses were hard as a rock. The shower heads were broken. They have the shower heads that heat water on the spot and these were broken so water squirted out of the sides with great pressure getting the entire bathroom wet and the but that rained down was with cutting pressure. The staff gladly changed me yo a different room but the shower head in this next room was just as bad, Rooms 117 and 118.
The rooms have old water damage around the base of the walls.

Las almohadas eran terribles , el ruido de los otros huéspedes a media noche fue lo peor , no es culpa del hotel la verdad que las personas no se sepan comportar y beban en exceso y griten a mitad de la noche .

Pros:

Habitaciones limpias, amplias. La atención del personal muy buena.

Cons:

No tenían mi reserva hecha 5 días antes. Me dieron 1 habitación con 2 camas, la única disponible, mi reserva fue de una con 3 camas, y eso porque llame 2 o 3 horas antes para informar que si llegaba.
