The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was great and clean. Very comfortable. Great breakfast buffet and loved the vegetarian meals at the restaurant.
Just the noise from other guests and from the outside. You can hear everything.
The hotel is well-located with convenient parking nearby. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained.
The rooms lack soundproofing, so traffic noise from the main road can be heard throughout the day, making it difficult to sleep at night — and nearly impossible in the morning. Additionally, there’s no full-size mirror in the twin rooms for getting dressed, though one is available in the deluxe rooms.

Behaviour and support by reception staff and security needs to be improved. They are not helping in loading and downloading keeping luggage

Not friendly for the customer those who are leaving early mornt even though they are eligible for their breakfast but they charge. The floor cleaner they use is not good it's sticking while we walk inside the room without footwear . If you book online second room need to be book offline and the rates are extra . Over all if you didn't mind spending money it's good choice. Staffs are totally commercial. Including restaurant.
