Pros:

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Hier hat das Kochen richtig Spaß gemacht. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit gerne wieder

Pros:

Todella siisti ja kaunis paikka! Aivan ihanat tilat ja terassit, kaunis huone jossa oli hyvä nukkua ja lämpötila sopiva. Persoonallinen paikka josta on upeat näköalat. Yöllä oli rauhaisaa ja nukuimme todella hyvin täällä! Emäntä auttoi kaikessa mahdollisessa ja varmisti että vierailumme oli onnistunut monin eri tavoin.

Cons:

Ilmastoinnin kerrotaan kuuluvan kun teet varausta, mutta se on lisähintainen. Kuitenkin tuuletin oli hiljainen ja sopivatehoinen, emme kaivanneet ilmastointia.

Mooi en fijn verblijf
Pros:

Mooie plek, met mooi uitzicht en fijne plekken om te chillen. De keuken was top en had alle benodigdheden. Eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en kun je altijd whatsappen met vragen.

Cons:

De vele blaffende honden ‘s nachts en een haan die vanaf 4 uur sochtends maar blijft doorgaan. Niet goed geslapen daardoor. Bij mijn badkamer stond de wc echt heel dicht tegen de muur aan, ik kwam met m’n knieën tegen de muur aan.

Pros:

Localisé à deux pas du centre de SJDS avec une magnifique vue depuis la terrasse / piscine sur la baie. Chambres confortables et super accueil par Sandra & Jimmy. Ils prennent le temps pour vous aider et se soucient du moindre détail pour que votre voyage se passe comme une lettre à la poste. Si c'est votre premier point de chute au Nicaragua ne cherchez pas plus loin cet endroit vous conviendra!

A nice treat.
Pros:

Gourmet breakfast (included) much nicer than any other. Nice surprise. Our hostess was very helpful and very nice. Beautiful sitting areas offer great views. There is a small dunk pool and a pool table available to the guests. Best of our stays.

Cons:

We had an external bathroom that was a bit inconvenient at night and of course as most places in Nicaragua no warm water. There is an honor system on available beverages and a shared refrigerator. The only suggestion I have is for a way to put your name on items in the kitchen.

Leuk verblijf!
Pros:

Ruime kamer met voor de deur een hangmat en loungebank! Met een ventilator is het goed te doen qua warmte. De ontbijtjes zijn lekker en verschillen iedere dag. De locatie net buiten het centrum is ook fijn. De douche is koud, maar na een warme stranddag geen probleem. Via de eigenaar goede surflessen en een taxi en scooter geregeld. Al met al een fijn verblijf!

Cons:

Ten op zichten van andere plekken in Nicaragua is het wat duurder, maar dat is in heel SJDS.

Good for a couple of days in San Juan
Pros:

Good value for money. Nice to have the pool table, kitchen and pool area with great views. The couple running it are lovely and very helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was pretty small - we ate out for a second breakfast after a lot as still hungry- but we were out surfing and being active so perhaps fine for someone doing less. We couldn’t get a room with aircon so we were pretty hot with just fans. But fine for a few days. Beware the cockerel if your a light sleeper.

There is a construction going on. It was fine and not too bothering but would have been great to be informed in advance.

Klimatyczny hostel kilka minut drogi piechotą od centrum.
Pros:

Super klimat hostelu, na miejscu lodówka z napojami (do rozliczenia przy wymeldowaniu), broszura z najważniejszymi informacjami: plaże, restauracje, atrakcje w okolicy (surfing, nurkowanie itd.). Bardzo dobre śniadania. Obsługa pomogła ogarnąć pranie. Dostęp do baseniku.
