Charged higher price
Pros:

out of everything if I will have to say location is okay.

Cons:

Hotel told me that the booking is not with them as they don't have any relation with booking.com. They charged me 1000₹ which was higher than the actual price. Since it was late I had no option but to pay.

Cons:

Because they didn't let us stay at the hotel. They were demanding a lot of extra money. When I said I had booked this amount, they said that room was not available. Totally fraud, harassments, unprofessional. I will not book rooms from Booking.com in the future. I have never had to face such a problem in Goibibo. Then they gave me a room in another hotel, which was absolutely disgusting. No cable, no towels, no toiletries, no water, dirty.

Pros:

Upon arrival, the reception didn’t confirm my room reservation via booking.com and charged me twice the expected price. The room looked much worse than in the photos, and there was frequent noise and drunken fights at night. I was leaving at 6 a.m. and had arranged for a taxi to the airport, but the hotel staff overslept. Terrible hotel.
