Water could be warmer
Nice old heritage palace.
Rooms old in need of renovation. The floor was chipped in several places. When you lift a carpet you find a very thick layer of dust underneath it.
The place is splendid, it really transports you back to another time with its beautiful architecture and luxurious style. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help, making us feel comfortable and welcomed.
Our room had issues with hot water. The hotel staff managed to work out a temporary solution as we were staying just 2 nights, but you'd hope this level of hotel would be able to prevent such issues. Also, visitors need to keep in mind that Chomu is about 1h drive away from Jaipur to factor that in to their travel time. The distance can be difficult for a short visit, but the hotel location is quiet and peaceful.
