Good Value for money with Excellent Food
Pros:

It is located at the top and the view from the room was superb more so at Sunset!
Mr Ashok the Manager was very helpful and took special care of us during the duration of our stay got us Packed Breakfast at early morning hours which made it very easy for us to be on our way early!

Cons:

Early morning Traffic jams due to the proximity of Schools and Colleges!

Very poor experience the toilets are bad the room is dusty.
Pros:

There wasn’t anything good about the hotel. They closed the kitchen at 9pm. Did not take kids food order. There was smoke smell throughout the corridors. The bed has a wood finish that keeps hurting every time we pass.

Cons:

Not meant for family with kids. Terrible experience will never go back to that hotel.

Comfort and pleasant stay at The Living Roof, Shillong, Good for family stay.
Pros:

Staff Mr. Ashok an intern at the Hotel has supported to us, very much pro active at his work and his behavior is truly good and appreciative.

I had a wonderful stay!
Pros:

The hotel was lovely, and the staff offered help whenever I needed it. In fact, they went above and beyond. When a cab I needed to take to the airport at 1:30 AM didn't show up, the owner took me on the three-hour drive in his own car.

Cons:

The hotel can be a bit hard to find (but the staff will assist you).
