Pros:

Great staff and location. Great cleanliness

Cons:

The bathroom drainage was clogging and after I raised this issue, the staff told me that the pipe is narrow. Basically they knew the issue and never bothered to fix it.

Pros:

The location is decent.

Cons:

The staff was lazy and unresponsive. They had cylinder problems while we didn't face that issue in any other hotel in Shillong. Atleast they should arranged breakfast in collaboration with any restaurant. They had ample staff but room was not cleaned till late evening while we had told them to clean the room in the morning itself.

Good Value for money with Excellent Food
Pros:

It is located at the top and the view from the room was superb more so at Sunset!
Mr Ashok the Manager was very helpful and took special care of us during the duration of our stay got us Packed Breakfast at early morning hours which made it very easy for us to be on our way early!

Cons:

Early morning Traffic jams due to the proximity of Schools and Colleges!

Very poor experience the toilets are bad the room is dusty.
Pros:

There wasn’t anything good about the hotel. They closed the kitchen at 9pm. Did not take kids food order. There was smoke smell throughout the corridors. The bed has a wood finish that keeps hurting every time we pass.

Cons:

Not meant for family with kids. Terrible experience will never go back to that hotel.
