We definitely loved the overall setting and how well the interior was done for the spa which of course is the highlight of this stay. The spa was overall beautiful visually but some pools and areas could have been cleaner - I don’t think we saw anyone cleaning during the day despite how busy the place was.
We got put in a building which was outside of the hotel. We booked because we were excited to be in the resort and now we had to walk across the car park in our dressing gowns to just get to the room. This doesn’t make sense? It should have been specified on the booking if you aren’t putting us in essentially what you advertise.

Wat beter had gekund was dat de tv (kleine) het niet deed en dat er geen raam open kon in de slaapkamer.
Misschien kunnen de binnenzwembaden wat meer aangekleed worden. Bv de Marokkaanse lampen in een zwembad die een lichtje laten schijnen etc. Wat meer groen hier en daar. Ook vind ik de prijs voor de hotelkamer erg hoog. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding beetje weg.
De spa is geweldig en de kamers zijn ruim
Kamers zijn totaal niet spa-vibe of luxe. Lelijk tapijt, geen mini bar, geen room service, geen comfortabel bed, geen gezellig licht, geen lekkere spa geur
Oplichterij dat je flink moet bijbetalen voor de sauna. Moeten ze duidelijker aangeven. Waarom zou je anders dit hotel boeken?
Restaurant on site De Poterne was exceptional

the toilet is a little small and the sliding door is really noisy, if used at night. the heting system cannot be regulated from the room and requires that you go to the front desk to do so

SPA was not included while it is the main benefit of that hotel. Basically, it is a SPA just with "hotel" option.

It would be great if the hotel started including the price of the spa entrance and slippers directly into the price of the room to avoid unnecessary hustle of paying extra upon check-in.

first, i was not aware that this place was a bunker and military fortress for the first work war and when we knew it was so exciting !! the place is spectacular and so unique.. the spa was the best i visited so far.
