Booking.com should NOT recommend this hotel.

No drinking water was provided despite asking.
No proper hot water in bathroom
Bathroom did not have soap holder and was always wet.
When the accomodated 4 people, they should have booked 2 rooms.
4 Towels were expected, 1 was provided. Later after asking they acted.

the entrance is the only thing that is well maintained I think.

Cons:

Cockroaches walking on the tables during breakfast and a fruitfly in my bowl. Meanwhilst I was telling the person at reception there was walking one on his desk too! The water from the tap was black suddenly! When i told the reception, yeah they did construction works yesterday on the tank. OK. Still it is pretty disgusting when I want to was my face, rinse my teeth etc. You can warn me, or clean the tank before having guests. Cleanliness is also not super, water and moisture residues in bathroom, rust, etc.

Pros:

Staff was very helpful and co-operative.
Facilities like shops, food joints etc. available nearby.

Cons:

Definitely not a four star property by any standards.
Running hot water availability is bad.
Cockroaches in the room.
Rooms require sound-proofing - slightest of noises outside can be heard in the room.
In some rooms, walls are damp.
