Pros:

It's very close to the central market and within walking distance to everything in Antigua. The atmosphere is like being in a colonial house with a pleasant courtyard.

Cons:

The WiFi is good, except in the second story room I had. So I had to go outside into the courtyard to get any internet.

Für Antigua sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Mein Zimmer lag hinten oberhalb des kleinen Innenhofs und es war - abgesehen von meiner Zimmernachbarin - sehr ruhig. Die Lage ist zentral, der Markt liegt gleich hinterzu. Das Zimmer war einfach ausgestattet aber sauber, ordentlich und mit hinreichender Ablagefläche. Heiße Dusche ist vorhanden.

Clean, comfortable and great value
Pros:

This is such a sweet property - right in town and minutes from everything. The couple that run it work super hard. The lady is constantly cleaning- you’ll never find a single space dirty. Pretty yard and 2 small cats although they are no bother.

Cons:

WiFi advice- if you want strong WiFi to be able to connect to zoom calls as I did then you need to request a room next to reception at the front of the property (next to the yard). These rooms are able to connect to the string 5G WiFi they are using at reception. If you are allocated a room at the back of the property or a room with a balcony the WiFi will switch to a different WiFi which is weaker . If you sit by the coffee area you will be able to get the strongest signal but if you want to take calls - forget it. It didn’t bother me as I sat in the yard at the front and took my calls but if movies, calls etc is a priority- book a room at the front and connect to the 5G.

Mold in the room

Kitchen was okay, warm room and shower.

Cons:

The room had a huge patch of mold. I had a cough the next morning. When I pointed it out to the staff member, he seemed disinterested and unmoved. Absolutely unacceptable.
