Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, and the place was clean.

Cons:

There was only one bathroom shared among the dorm rooms, without even an additional half-bath. We often had to wait in line just to use the bathroom or take a shower. At night, the security guard stayed on his phone, and the noise carried into our room throughout the night. Additionally, the doorbell is very loud and whenever it rang during the night, it woke up the entire place.

Bonito y cómodo, el personal muy amable. Limpio. Cocina compartida, agua y café de cortesía durante todo el día.

Cons:

El ruido por estar al lado de una carretera principal por lo que recomiendo las habitaciones de atrás, las del 1er piso disponen de una pequeña terracita.

Pros:

The staff was amazing. We spontaneously had to extend our stay and change the booking dates of a future booking which wasn’t a problem at all super helpful. The rooms were clean and the one in the back are very quiet. The shared kitchen is clean and well equipped. You can see el fuego from the second floor which is also nice. Location was good, everything walkable.

Excellent location near the central markets in Antigua. Nice hosts, comfortable rooms. Access to the kitchen was nice.

A hospedagem é bem localizada, perto de tudo no centro da cidade.
Num geral a hospedagem tem um estilo de casa antiga, com móveis de madeira bem antigos mas conservados. No quarto, o banheiro, a decoração e etc, tudo é bem antiquado, mas isso nao prejudica em nada a hospedagem. Foi agradável e confortável.
O chuveiro foi o mais diferente de tudo que já vi.
Nosso check in e checkout foram tranquilos e sem dificuldade. Equipe simpática. Também gostamos do agrado de ter um cafezinho grátis lá para os hóspedes.

O chuveiro era ok, a água esquentava mas não tanto.

Pros:

I had a room with a private bath. There is just enough space in it for me and my many bags. The bed was comfortable and clean and had ample blankets. Toiletries and towels were provided. There was a lamp and an outlet by the bed. There is space outdoors with one dedicated smoking area upstairs. The staff was very nice and helpful. They stored luggage after my checkout. They also allowed me in my room when I arrived early. There's use of the kitchen and it is very well provided. They offer coffee hot water and a variety of teas. Everything was clean and they had some reading material about Guatemala and Antigua.

Cons:

There is nothing I didn't like. It is very close to the stadium so if you spend a lot of time outdoors you will hear activities at night but not very late. Because the place is small and you will hear other people talking when they're outside but everyone respected the space. My room was adequate for one person and would probably work for a young couple who is traveling more lightly than I did.
