Pros:

Friendly, helpful and available staff

Cons:

Headboard fell off the bed when leaning up against it. I didn’t find a place to fill up water. Ended up using our sink in our room.

The price was right, but there were other things that could use improvement.
Pros:

The outside of the property was very clean. The lobby was also very clean.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn't clean and there was a dirty pair of Hanes men's underwear on the floor of the bathroom.
The carpeting in the hallway is dirty and very worn.
The mattress was pretty uncomfortable, so I didn't sleep well.

Cons:

No elevator. Hard to carry everything up. We're an older couple with wore out joints. Not a deal breaker. Bathroom was small.

Not great, but not terrible. Good enough for the price.
Pros:

Friendly staff, rooms were decently clean. Quiet environment. Decent Continental breakfast.

Cons:

Had an issue getting more towels and wash cloths. Staff on duty couldn't understand what we were asking for. We ended up going into the storage room and getting our own. The place has a slight unpleasant odor. The hot tub had a strong bleach smell and irritated our skin.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was nice. Nice location.

Cons:

There was a problem with the breakfast area. The omelet maker and coffee maker can't run at the same time without tripping the breaker. Staff didn't keep up with the machines and supplies.
