Disappointed
Pros:

I only like the view and the location

Cons:

I recently stayed at Globales America, and while the location and view were genuinely great, the overall experience was disappointing. The food was extremely poor—undercooked and of low quality—which led us to stop eating at the hotel altogether and dine outside instead. Shockingly, we even saw cockroaches several times at the pizzeria, which was absolutely disgusting.

Room service was another issue. Even when the “Do Not Disturb” sign was on, the staff entered our room without knocking—we were surprised to find someone walking in while we were lying in bed. A few days into our stay, I began noticing that personal items were missing from my luggage, including a brand-new dress I hadn’t worn yet.

Housekeeping was subpar, and the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. The reception staff were inconsistent—some were friendly, while others were dismissive and unhelpful.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and certainly won’t be returning. The negatives far outweighed the positives in this experience.

Hotel maravilloso que recomendamos 100%
Pros:

Hemos viajado en familia y sin duda nos han tratado como uno más. Todo el personal ha sido fantástico y se han portado súper bien en todo momento, agradecidos estamos y los vamos a añorar mucho a todos: mencionando de recepción sobre todo a Adrianna, Katia y Sonia. Personal de sala: Jesús y Tamara que son los mejores en todos los sentidos y aspectos, también Jairo, Samu, Enrique, Laura y todos en general.
Las chicas de pisos, incluso el personal de animación, como Adrián que es muy simpático y un encanto. El director del hotel y todos. Todos ellos son sin duda lo mejor del hotel.
Luego la habitación en la 7a planta con vistas al mar y a la piscina ha sido increíble, la comida del buffet, las instalaciones, los shows de por la noche, todo la verdad ha estado más que genial para desconectar de la rutina 5 días, así que lo recomendaría al 100%. Gracias por todo a todos 😊❤️

Todo muy bien! Pero si pusieran en un futuro spa y gym sería 100% mejor !

Mejor de lo que esperaba
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó es que desde que entré hasta que salí hubo en general mucha amabilidad por parte del personal. Y también me sorprendió mucho que la mayoría de los empleados eran españoles y no es porque no me guste el trabajador extranjero, pero eso me sorprendió con agrado.
El hotel está muy bien, las instalaciones buenas, la comida buena, hay que darse cuenta que todo lo que sea buffet unas veces está mejor y otras peor, pero en general variedad y bien. Las habitaciones y todo muy limpio. Al lado de unas calas muy bonitas. En general todo muy bien.

Cons:

Por poner un “pero” , los cocteles que entran en el todo incluido son muy mediocres, merece la pena pagarlos y que te hagan un cóctel bueno, no son excesivamente caros.
