Lovely riverside location
Pros:

Location. Lovely walk along the. river. Garden to enjoy the sunshine and eat outdoors.
Food is good with a varied menu. Interesting choice of specials.
The shower is good too

Cons:

Room is a bit cramped for 2 people but ok for a couple of nights

Cleaners need to respect "Peace & Quiet"
Pros:

Hotel was fine, location and setting lovely, good food.

Cons:

If you have an 11am checkout, you don't really want to hear the 2 cleaners, having their own personal conversations, shouting up and down the corridor outside the room, for 2 hours from 8am whilst you re trying to sleep / relax.

Love this place!
Pros:

Loved the breakfast. Great internet. Lovely air conditioning in rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Pros:

Check-in great even though we were early. All the staff very helpful and efficient. Breakfast and meals really nice.

Pros:

We were in the Branston Suite. It was so comfortable and stylish we didn't want to leave the room! Picturesque walks along the river, night cap, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Clean, quiet location, friendly staff, lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. Had a good night's sleep.

Cons:

Very thick bread with my smoked salmon scrambed egg breakfast, I asked for a thinner slice but it was still hefty. I would have liked a couple of medium slices of wholemeal ... but that's personal.preference I suppose. Room a little snug ... but we could have oaid extra for more space.. Would have liked a jug of water in room to take my meds with.
