Great place for relax and enjoy Tatras :)
Pros:

We reserved a superior tree house what was comfortable with beautiful view. The location is excellent, food is great, staff is nice.

Okolie celého objektu je pekné, útulné a dobre riešené..Strava bola výborná, vždy sa dalo vybrať z viacerých jedál..

Cons:

Nepáčilo sa mi upratovanie,teda neupratovanie izby...ani raz u nás nebola upratovacia služba, I keď sme dali oznam ,žeby sme chceli izbu upratať. Veď ani poháre si tam nevieš umyť v tom mini umývadle..to bol asi najväčší problém..

Csodálatos környezetben található a szállás, meseszép kilátással.
A személyzet kedves és segítőkész.
Nagyon kényelmes volt az ágy.
A kabinban a hőfok egyénileg szabályozható.
A reggeli bőséges, nagy választékkal. Vacsorakor is viszonylag sokmindenből lehetett választani. Az étterem körben üveg, nagyon szép kilátással a hegyekre.
A wellness részlegen a medenceből és a pihenőkből szintén teljesen rálátni a havas hegycsúcsokra.
A 2 jakuzzi feletti panoráma szauna nagyon különleges, sehol nem láttam még ilyet.
A Biela Pút sífelvonó tényleg csak pár lépésre helyezkedik el, könnyen megközelíthető.
Megfelelő számú parkoló van a szállás körül.

Cons:

A szállás befogadóképességéhez képest kicsi a wellness és csak délután 3kor nyit, így végig zsúfolt.
Minden szaunában tilos a fürdőruha, néhány emberből többet láttam, mint szerettem volna.

A 32mes kabinokról nincs fent valós kép. A fent lévő képeken a parkoló mellett körben elhelyezett található kisebb kabinok vannak.
Teljesen rendben van a 32es is, csak érkezéskor meglepett, hogy nem az a design fogadott, amit a képeken láttam.

A szállás szép volt! Kényelmes. Elhelyezkedése nagyon jó.

Cons:

4 éjszakát voltunk ott. Ezalatt egyszer sem jöttek sem takarítani sem ágyneműt cserélni. A fűtés állandóan ment és telefonálnom kellett 3x mire központilag… le vették. A személyzet legtöbb tagja bunkó és rugalmatlan volt szinte bármilyen kérésnél.

výborná snídaně i večeře, krásné prostředí, skvělá architektura, výhledy. Parkování blízko hotelu. Koupání, sauny i šatny čisté a málo lidí.

Cons:

v pokoji bylo nesnesitelné horko 25 stupňů a i když se personál snažil teplotu zregulovat nešlo to asi chyba topného systému...

Lepšie uprataná izba. Kúsok viac úložného priestoru na zavesenie😉 oblečenia, ktoré sa nedá uložiť do police.

Lokalizacja zaraz przy stoku, dbałość o szczegóły wyposażenia (chociażby urocze spinacze z nr pokoju, które masz przy szlafroku i dzięki temu nie pomylisz się, który jest Twój), zewnętrzna strefa wellness, bardzo smaczne jedzenie.

Cons:

Jestem zachwycona pobytem i na pewno będę wracać - jak bym się miała na siłę przyczepić to jedyne czego mi brakowało to suszarek na buty narciarskie.
