Overall it was a good work done by your team.

Overall the facilities were good, especially the ambience, staff and their dealings.

Cons:

We expect you to negotiate the timing. DGP of Andhrapradesh was one of the guest. Though the rooms were occupied at a later stage, vacating rooms before the completion of the commitment was difficult. So, I request you to have an official channel to extend the stay on a reasonable charge. Secondly, cost of breakfast was paid by us. So, the application should be user friendly to add breakfast. We came to know at a later stage that break fast was not included in the booking. Once the booking is done the customer must get an update what are the facilities available free of cost and those need to be paid.
