Pros:

Hotel is nearer to busy market place

Cons:

Hotel is a small property.But photos put showing as big properly. It realised only when drop into hotel. Entrance path is very bad looking ,narrow,not apealing at all.No aminoties in the hotel at all.only 13 rooms available in first floor with very small corridor

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff and really nice breakfast with omelette and Indian dishes + coffee/tea and sweet pastries.
The room was a good size and a comfortable bed with clean towels provided along with soap bars and toilet paper in the bathroom.
The staff offered to store our luggage which was really nice and helpful since we had our flight late in the evening and that gave us the option to explore more of Mumbai without the heavy bags.
The location is extremely close to the metro line 3 station (4-5 minutes walk) and a big bazaar with clothes and snacks shops.

Cons:

The entrance is not obvious because the hotel is on the first floor on top of the ground floor with electronics shops, but reading previous reviews helped to find it easily.

Pleasant stay,I felt welcomed and once again the staff are excellent.I don’t usually give score 10 for all the staff,but
Pros:

The staff,the reception,the cleaning staff,the breakfast staff are all extremely gentle,and genuinely nice.

Cons:

The toilet has no shower curtain/screen do,it got a bit messy everytime I had a shower.

Simple and short stay in Mumbai
Pros:

For a one night stay, it was sufficiently comfortable despite the shabby looks. Staff was welcoming. Good value for money.

Cons:

Very noise all day and night long, inside and outside of the hotel. Breakfast was weird, not a lot of options and it was complicated to order on the spot (our orders got misunderstood every time).

It was just OK
Pros:

They don't have a kitchen. They bring basic coffee and muffin from the outside.

Cons:

towels very old, not very clean, most of the workers don't speak english.

Overall, really nothing too special but I don’t have the heart to complain or give a poor rating. You get what you pay f
Pros:

The staff were amazing, the location was decent. I guess it’s the best you can get for the price in Mumbai central.

Cons:

The WiFi in the room was very poor, seemed to work fine at the reception so they couldn’t really help fix it.

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, la stanza era bella e pulita, l'acqua calda funziona molto bene, il letto era comodo e le lenzuola pulite con i cuscini comodi, l'acqua del rubinetto è buona per lavarsi i denti
