Basic, no frills value for money place to sleep
Pros:

Close to Grant Road metro, so very easy access to southern part of Bombay/ Mumbai. Friendly staff, tasty local Indian style breakfast and clean, basic rooms.

The location is 2 minutes from the metro Grant road station and that is the only way to see Mumbai .On bus the is constant nous of beeping. The breakfast are perfect if ypu in joy indian food. Also to buy beer and spirits is 100 metres down the road o

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Well, it’s a small hotel. Very compact one so they care of their staffs well. Complementary breakfast was very good

Cons:

I stayed there for 2 days , second day morning I was asked to change the room due to AC repairing. So I was shifted from Bigger room to small room.

Lokalizacja hotelu wyśmienita, 100 m od Metra. Pokoje czyste i przestronne z widokiem na miasto. W okolicy mnóstwo lokalnych sklepików i restauracji. Pyszne śniadania robione na miejscu, omlet wyśmienity. Obsługa fantastyczna każdy miły i pomocny. Zdecydowanie polecamy ten hotel.

Would be much nicer if staff could communicate via emails or messenger from booking.com.

Cons:

NO Contact at all from the hotel staff. They do not respond to any query via booking.com platform. they simple play dead for any request despite multiple attempts.

Pros:

Room was spacious and clean, with A/C as advertised. The bathroom was adequate. The staff was very friendly, and always present. I was able to check in at 4:00 am. Breakfast was good. All in all, I had a pleasant stay here, great value for money.

Cons:

Had to ask for fresh towels and to clean the room. Perhaps they did not want to enter the room out of politeness.
