Havde bestilt 9 dage, men afkortet opholdet fordi det ikke var tilfredsstillende. Blev opkrævet det fulde beløb 24097,50 INR, da jeg oplyste om mine rettigheder til at afkorte opholdet, forlangte de 3000 INR mere en Booking.com forlangte efter at have redigeret opholdets varighed.
Ottimo Hotel vicinissimo alla spiaggia. Camere molto grandi e con davanti giardino.
Molto pulito. Chi lavora li é sempre molto gentile e sempre sorridente.
Anche la colazione molto buona, non in struttura,ma con vista mare!
אהבנו את המיקום ליד חוף הים והטיילת.ליד המסעדות.ממש קרוב הכל. המיטה היתה נוחה. הבעלים היו מּקבלי פנים. נתנו מגבות נוספות לים.החליפו לנו את החדר לחדר עם מזגן ,כמובן בתוספת תשלום
לא ניתן להגיע עם רכב למלון על מנת לפרוק מזוודות. דרשו תשלום עבור נשיאת המזוודות למלון. לא היה מצויין בבוקינג את העובדה הזו. גם לא צויין שהחדר ללא מזגן. אולי באשמתנו.מים חמים תלויי שמש. ולא היה שמש אז לא היו מים חמים.היינו צריכים לשלם תוספת על המזכן אבל לפחות התקזסו בזה שלא אכלנו ארוחת בוקר.

Lovely hotel in peaceful location in this busy resort. Staff helpful & friendly. Lovely room & comfortable bed.
Breakfast OK but very slow service.
Overbooked spent 2 nights in other accommodation which was Tippys Beach Resort which was better than Anita’s
Room& bathroom facilities tired.taps were broken bathroom
really needs a complete refit.Some bed linen pillowcases ripped .Not the picture that photos show .Ithink reviews are from regular Swedish visitors who seem to get priority

The staff were very hospitable, and gave us delicious Indian breakfasts different style every of our 4 mornings. 24 hour hot water supply and wifi. Good quiet location, very close to the beach front.

Location is 5-10 min. from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. Big spacious and beautiful room with balcony. The host was very nice.
Location was disappointing for my elderly. Loghting in the room was very dim. Had to walk through an alley which was poorly lit n breakfast was a distance. But yousoff n his assistant was very kind helpful n multi tasking to please the guest.

Quite run down. A kettle provided but no tea/coffee making items. Towels, sheets well past their use by dates.
The setting is very pretty and the hotel manager and cleaners friendly
The bathrooms were in poor condition. The shower drain on the opposite side of the room so excess water needed to be swept clear. No cold water which in the very hot weather was difficult. The room wasn’t cleaned or towels replaced during our four night stay. The breakfasts were disappointing. Almost all of the items on the menu were not available on a daily basis and no effort was made to resupply which could easily have been arranged.
The staff and the hotel manager was really helpful and accommodating. Their own cafe and restaurant is just a minute down towards the beach which is a perfect place for all your food and coffee needs.

Only one problem. I really think they should have access to drinking water in the foyer. We purchased water of course but one night we were really caught out as I was unwell, staff were asleep of course and we really needed fresh water urgently . Most home stays has access to drinking water in Kerala .
