Pros:

Location is good . Rooms very very basic , balcony was dirty and clothes line was broken .

The food was excellent but the water for tea was only warm and up a few steps which is dangerous.

Pros:

The rooms were spacious and modern with excellent facilities including fridge kettle and microwave. Beautiful view from balcony . The food was excellent every day with lots of choice for everyone . The pool areas and the location of the hotel were fantastic- straight onto the beach .

Cons:

The dining area was in need of renovation ( was like being in a canteen not a restaurant) . The bar area was similar and needed updating and making more comfortable.

Restful, engaging, exceptional food, helpful, pleasant staff
Pros:

The staff was uniformly helpful and agreeable. The daily maintenance kept the property spotless. The food was exceptional -- generous, creative, and super tasty. The property is in a beautiful setting and every room faces the ocean and beaches.

Cons:

The physical plant is a little dated, but the staff made up for this with scrupulous cleaning and maintenance.

Pleasant weekend in Lanzarote
Pros:

Location and poll area were amazing. Very comfortable beds. Staff was incredible. Alberto was the best!

Es war super und wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war gross mit super Aussicht. Mit dem Essen waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Es hatte zwar genug Liegestühle. Diese wurden aber schon am frühen Morgen mit Tüchern von anderen "lieben" Gästen
reserviert. Oftmals sind die Gäste gar nie aufgetaucht. Dass Personal sollte solche Reservationen unterbinden.
