Pleasant weekend in Lanzarote
Pros:

Location and poll area were amazing. Very comfortable beds. Staff was incredible. Alberto was the best!

Cons:

Rooms a bit outdated. Drinks too sweet.

Es war super und wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war gross mit super Aussicht. Mit dem Essen waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Es hatte zwar genug Liegestühle. Diese wurden aber schon am frühen Morgen mit Tüchern von anderen "lieben" Gästen
reserviert. Oftmals sind die Gäste gar nie aufgetaucht. Dass Personal sollte solche Reservationen unterbinden.

Pros:

Speisenauswahl war sehr zufriedenstellend.
Zimmer Sauber und jeden Tag wurden die Handtücher gewechselt.
Sehr freundliches und nettes Personal

Cons:

Das manche Gäste sehr unverschämt sind und die Teller so voll machen, dass es sehr traurig ist, was entsorgt werden muss.
Vielleicht kann man hier eine Art Bezahlung für Verschwendung einführen?

L'hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter toute l'île. La vue qu'on avait waouh 😍
Niveau propreté rien à dire c'est nickel autant dans les chambres que dans les espaces communs. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant, bienveillant et professionnel. L'accès à la plage direct avec en plus possibilité de belles ballades le long de la mer. Des petites boutiques sont pas loin. C'est agréable car en plus aucune voiture ne passe. Le All inclusive est vraiment top 👌 L'aéroport a côté nous a pas dérangé.
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine 🥰 Merci a toute l'équipe 😊

Tout était parfait.
Pros:

Ma compagne et moi-même sommes enchanté de nos vacances.L’hôtel à nos attentes.La chambre très spacieuse.
La propreté impeccable.Le personnel très sympathique.Le panorama tout simplement magnifique.A refaire absolument!
Je le conseille très sincèrement .Nos yeux ne suffisent pour admirer la beauté du paysage.

Cons:

Certains touristes n'ont pas la tenue requise pour se rendre au restaurant.Il néglige le personnel du restaurant.
quand un touriste renverse de la nourriture,il n'est pas toujours ramassé.Je trouve fort regrettable et irrespectueux envers le personnel.

Hotel junto al mar con excelentes servicios y muy buena calidad-precio. El problema son las piscinas
Pros:

La ubicación es magnífica, junto a la playa.
La comida excelente, el personal fantástico. Las habitaciones muy espaciosas con terrazas muy grandes así como los baños.

Cons:

Imposible utilizar las tumbonas. Aunque hay carteles de que no se pueden reservar, los huéspedes ponen toallas desde el amanecer en ellas y permanecen así todo el día en ellas hasta bien entrada la tarde. El hotel debería velar por el cumplimiento de la norma para no perjudicar a los demás.

Location is excellent, we had a fabulous room with beach and pool view. The hotel is spotlessly clean, alot of staff who work very hard. Nathan from the entertainment team was a gem. Matagorda shopping centre 3 minutes walk from the hotel, with nice restaurants and bars if you fancy a change from the hotel. The food was good, alot of choice and the pool snack bar well stocked with nice food, burgers, hot dogs, toasted sandwiches, salads, crisps, peanuts, ice-cream and fabulous cakes.
