C’était pas mal quand même
Pros:

La suite, l’emplacement face a l’océan

Cons:

Le bruit permanent, les avions qui décollent et atterrissent. Nous ne savions pas que l’hôtel était plutôt dédié aux enfants. Un peu trop bruyant pour nous

Fab location but hotel could do with an update.
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel, yes it was quiet but had a few bars and restaurants and cafes. We actually walked into puerto del carmen it took a steady hour to walk to the harbour or got the bus outside the hotel cost just over a euro it was great.

Cons:

Food could’ve been hotter in main restaurant.

Ubicación perfecta, acceso directo a la playa.

Cons:

Espectáculos. El horario, para ser disfrutado por personas que están de vacaciones es muy limitado. A las 22:15 de la noche acababan. Imaginamos que está pensado para el público extranjero, pero incluso ellos seguro que disfrutarían si por lo menos se alargase hasta las 23 h.
La variedad en las comidas y cenas era escasa. Los desayunos bien. En otras cadenas hoteleras hay una persona a la entrada de los restaurantes que te asigna mesa o te indica como funcionan las cosas, aquí es totalmente libre. Siendo un 4 estrellas es lo que esperábamos. Independientemente de esto, todo el personal de comedor era muy amable y servicial.

Fantastic short break
Pros:

Everything! I really don't understand how someone can find something to complain about. From the staff to the facilities everything was great. The room was nice, quiet with a hairdryer and kettle. Food was delicious and there was plenty to choose from. The self-service stations were brilliant. The staff are always helpful and smiling. Special mention goes to Monika and older gentlemen (I'm sorry don't know the name) from reception. When you have a late flight you can still enjoy the day there and on the end you can use the shower in the room just ask in reception. Fantastic!

Enjoyable holiday and lovely hotel.
Pros:

Meals were incredible and staff were extremely helpful. The room was cleaned everyday. The room had a free safe (which gave a little trouble but was sorted by technician) and a reasonably large fridge.

Cons:

Hotel was a little dated and more repairs could be carried out. Otherwise it was the perfect choice for us.

Pros:

El buffet nos encantó en variedad y calidad, así como servicio. La limpieza en las habitaciones y su amplitud así como las vistas.

Cons:

Las bebidas como zumos y café podrían mejorarse. Y un poco incómodo el asunto del vaso reciclable aunque entendible por la sostenibilidad.

Das Essen war super. Toller Standort, sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es war alles in Ordnung, aber eine Renovierung wäre angebracht.
