La ubicación excelente

Cons:

El hotel por fuera está reformado pero por dentro tiene 30 años y mobiliario estropeado, cogimos 3 habitaciones en las cuales había cucarachas tanto en las habitaciones como en zonas comunes, en la mía además de humedades los colchones viejísimos del baño salía un olor a bajantes muy fuerte tanto que dormíamos con la puerta cerrada y una toalla mojada sellando la puerta, la TV de vergüenza con la pantalla quemada. Hotel para nada recomendable y los propietarios deberían invertir en su renovación y dejar de pensar solo en ingresos. Una pena que un hotel tan bien ubicado esté tan estropeado y poco saneado.

Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé à proximité d'une place animée et de restaurant.
Un balcon permet d'apprécier la ville.
Une cuisine équipée dans la chambre cachée derrière une porte de placard pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner.

Cons:

La proximité de la place implique les bruits qui vont avec (concerts...).
La chambre présente des points de vétusté qui rend l'endroit peu entretenu.
Particularité pour accéder a cet hôtel : il faut en traverser un autre.
Peu voir pas de places de stationnement à proximité, heureusement qu'un immense parking gratuit est à 3 minutes à pieds.

El.desyuno muy bueno y el jefe de cocina muy atento y profesional.

Cons:

Las camas incómodas.
Por la madrugada mucho ruido desde la calle, gente gritando y bebida. No pudimos dormir.

Viejo , sucio con cucas pequeñas, arreglaron fachada pero por dentro nada de nada. Recepcionista ni saluda. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Location is fantastic. Few minutes walk to shops, sea side, parks, etc.

Cons:

Cleanliness. Hair conditioner bottle had a thick layer of dried conditioner on it. Kitchen area and bedroom had cockroaches.
Noise level from other rooms early.morning and late night

Exceso de Ruido interno a toda hora, no dejaban dormir, personas discutiendo, borrachos, etc. Cucarachas en la habitacion. Desorganización con las tarjetas de acceso a las habitaciones

It wasn't cleaned, and there were cockroaches in the room

Central location. City center. Close to beaches and the bus station.

Cons:

This was my third visit to this hotel, and I believe it will be my last. It used to be in much better condition. Currently, the room cleaning is unsatisfactory; upon check-in, I found used IQOS sticks under the bed. There were cockroaches in the refrigerator and in the drawers of the unit beneath the TV.
