Very enjoyable.
Pros:

Superb value for the cost, we didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Beautiful room, great location.
Host was fabulous, she works long hours.

nice place but need a little attention

broken toilet seat and shower tray that started to overfill because waste was not clearing properly, so dirty water backing up.

Very pleasant experience and will stay here in the future
Pros:

Perfectly placed, really nice atmosphere, staff were very helpful and friendly the room themes are a great touch, will definitely recommend for anyone to stay

The White Horse 2026
Pros:

The White Horse is a fantastic place to stay in Shipston-on-Stour. The owners/staff were very friendly. As were the locals, thanks for the chats guys and suggestions of places to see in the UK.
You know you've found the right place to stay in a town when, by the time you leave, you feel like you need come back again.
That was my experience at The White Horse.
The meals I had there were brilliant. Great value. They have nightly specials.
I had fun at the Trivia night the first night I stayed. That added to the fun.
The White Horse is well located to visit surrounding places as well as the lovely town of Shipston-on-Stour were it is located.
I highly recommend staying there if you're in the area. If not staying, call in anyway for a drink/meal.

Overall fab time
Pros:

The facilities was amazing, clean and cosy, they provided more than any other hotel room I’ve stayed in. Amazing that they had their own Netflix you could use and staff was lovely.

For a short stay away this is a good place to stay.
Pros:

The room was spotless, the bed comfy and the shower was great. The customer service was very good. I’m so glad there was Earl Grey tea in the room as well as normal tea.

Cons:

The noise from the road bothered me a bit, however, it was just round the corner from a great little cafe. Being in a central location has its pluses and minuses.

Perfect place to stay for a few nights. Will definitely be back and will stay longer.
Pros:

Literally everything. Best accommodation we’ve had in the UK. Absolutely loved our stay. Everything was perfect in the room, was new and refreshed, the bar downstairs had lovely food and it’s situated in a lovely village. We had both dinner and breakfast here and both meals were fantastic. Lovely owners who have put so much time and effort into making it a lovely place to stay and to just pop in for a drink or meal.

Cons:

We didn’t stay for more nights. Next time we definitely will.

Good priced pub hotel, right in the middle of Shipston on Stour.
Pros:

I liked the shower room, it was very modern. The towels were lovely and big too.
It was great having Netflix on the tv.

Cons:

The 2 foot 6 inch, single beds. Very narrow.
