Clean sheets and towels, hot shower

Cons:

Wobbly toilet seat, delayed breakfast and poor menu. Grubby bathroom wall and threadbare carpet. Owner distracted with fixing some sound system in the morning

Loved my stay in an exceptionally comfy room with great owners.
Pros:

Great property, exactly as described.
Exceptionally comfy bed, spacious room, great shower, everything clean and tidy, had a great nights sleep, owner very friendly and attentive, great food and drinks in the pub. Would definitely stay again.

Traditional English pub stay and I would be happy to stay again.

Traditional English pub accommodation with rooms above the bar. Modern in room bathroom and room furnishings.
Good heating, great staff and wholesome meals available.

Cons:

Very loud in the rooms from live music downstairs - probably should have expected that from a pub on a Friday night. Ear plugs were provided in room.

A great stay in a lovely village .
Pros:

Our hosts were so lovely and helpful during our stay . We had everything we needed and should we’ve had wanted something I’m sure our hosts would have accommodated.

Cons:

Parking was a little tricky but that may have been because it was a long weekend .

Lovely room in a great location with warm and helpful staff.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room in a great location in town. Staff were really helpful. Very peaceful and couldn’t hear any noise from the pub or the street. Had a delicious breakfast the next morning.

The shower drains a little slowly.

Short and Sweet break in Shipston in a lovely small location.
Pros:

Great central location. Owners were very hospitable (Bogdan and Kat). Room and services very good. Breakfast looked great - didn’t have it because I was meeting friends elsewhere for breakfast.

Beautiful accommodation with friendly people!
Pros:

Stayed here as we were attending a wedding locally. It was in a fantastic spot. All the people that worked here were so friendly and helpful and went out their way to ensure we had a brilliant stay.
The rooms are all decorated in a fun way and thoughtfully planned out.
The local residents who were having a drink were also really friendly.
Would definitely stay here again.
