The room was clean and as expected
Black wall in the room , also the traffic noise as our room looked out to the main rd

Great central location. Owners were very hospitable (Bogdan and Kat). Room and services very good. Breakfast looked great - didn’t have it because I was meeting friends elsewhere for breakfast.

Stayed here as we were attending a wedding locally. It was in a fantastic spot. All the people that worked here were so friendly and helpful and went out their way to ensure we had a brilliant stay.
The rooms are all decorated in a fun way and thoughtfully planned out.
The local residents who were having a drink were also really friendly.

It was a typical small local hotel that provided simple food and accommodation. Comfortable beds and good reasonably priced breakfast

Nice friendly pub and helpful staff. Whilst there was noise and entertainment, pretty much settled down by about 11pm. Bathrooms was fresh, modern and clean. Linen & bedding was nice (bed was comfy) and fresh and always nice to have coffee & tea in the room. TV was also connected and had streaming services.
Food seemed reaonably priced and breakfast was good and tasty.
Room furniture looked a little tired/dated ? (Opposed to bathroom).
Car noise in the early hours was very noticeable.
We were on motorbikes and the parking is perpendicular to the slope, so we lined up in one bay facing in the direction of the slope (we were four bikes so it was economical use if space - but if solo you hope there is space right at the top where it flattens out).
The Room was amazing, big, clean, awesome shower, confy bed, quiet despite being on top of the pub.
The price was high for not including breakfast, it the price has breakfast included it would have been perfect. also the Internet was not so good but usable..ish.

The room was nice and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There's a few free parking spaces, and there's nearby council on-street parking between 6pm and 8am.
This pub is clearly a locals pub where people know each other, it's a friendly atmosphere.
This is fine and I knew this when booking from reading other reviews; so it is worth mentioning, but it is a pub - so if you try and sleep before it's closed or on busy nights it can be loud. Also you can hear a lot of road noise from cars driving past. I'd happily stay here again in the future
Had a lovely evening meal with drinks before heading to our room. Staff attentive and helpful.
Our room was big and had the added luxury of the roll top bath in our bedroom. The coffee machine was a definite bonus.
Not there fault but the road was a little noisy at night but my husband didn't notice it as much
