Extra spacious room
Nothing else around, we felt very secluded as if there weren't many rooms that were occupied
Only thing is its location near to IIM vizag
no bathroom slippers provided after charging so much, no toiletries, even the electric kettle in room was not working....bedsheet was not cleaned, so overall, facilities were not as per the money charged

Do's and Don'ts not properly mentioned. Hotel authority needs to understand the customer's question clearly and then respond to that, otherwise it leads to unwanted confusion.
To increase the booking for 4 hrs, they were asking the rate of 12 hrs, which is not a legitimate demand. Hotel management brazenly utilising their power and position with min negotiations as the area lacks any premium accommodation in the vicinity.

When I check out he tried to charge me a second time for the room, lucky I could get the sms that showed I paid him the day previous
It was spacious.
There was an employee who is sitting in reception is the worst person i have ever seen in my life. As you are in service industry you should behave professionally with the customer. Only that one employee was bad.
2. I thought there will be buffet breakfast but it was also under satisfactory.
The location was excellent for me as transit traveller, close to NH16 but not on it. The room was clean and spacious.
The toilet seat was missing, apparently under repair; no toilet tissues. Breakfast had no options but Idli and Vadas and everything was super spicy - did not merit the additional cost.
