This is the best hotel in the Azores
Pros:

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff was so genuinely caring that by the end of my stay, I was left with a tender, friendly warmth, long hugs, and a reluctance to say goodbye. The entire restaurant staff, including the chef, receptionists, and housekeeping staff, were so attentive and caring. Jose, in particular, was like an old friend.
The entire interior, the room amenities, the toiletries, the pillow menu, the bedding, the restaurant, the lobby, and the gym—everything was of the highest quality. The breakfast, the sparkling wine from the mainland's own winery, and the dinners in the restaurant, which only opens at 7:30 PM, is open three to four hours a day, five days a week, and the chef comes out to serve your meal—all of it was fantastically delicious.
Rooms were sometimes cleaned twice a day, and every request and issue was resolved within minutes. It's a rare occasion when the staff often anticipates a guest's needs, providing exceptional service.

Cons:

Just some small things: tighten the toilet paper holder evenly, remove the plaque around the door inside the shower

Deliciosa estadia.
Pros:

O hotel tem uma decoração bastante confortável e agradável a visão, o bar e o restaurante estão fabulosos, iremos certamente voltar, muito obrigado a todos

Cons:

Estacionamento, mas isso não é culpa do hotel, mas sim da sua localização que é optima, por isso não esperem facilidades a porta, mas vale bem a pena a caminhada

Atenção personalizada e extrema simpatia dos funcionários. Como perdemos um dia de estadia, por causa de voos, tiveram a delicadeza de nos fazer um upgrade para o resto da nossa curta estadia.
Pequeno almoço muito bom, com bastante fruta óptimos ovos e produtos locais. Localização muito central. Decoração cuidada ao pormenor. Camas e almofadas confortáveis, lençóis e roupões macios e aconchegantes. O cheirinho dos produtos de banho é bom. Tudo irreprensível. Recomendo
