Utter disappointment

Cons:

Very much congested,no privacy,if you open windows people can see inside easily. In summer how can we keep windows closed to avoid this ?
Washroom kept very much in bad condition. Only upon asking, they provided soap,towel, water etc which is their basic duty to keep it ready before the guest occupies the room.
Overall it is not a place to stay to enjoy your stay and not at all value for money. Since it is near to medical hospital, it looks the hospital is an extension to CMC, Vellore.
Parking place is very much congested for cars.
Overall we were very much disappointed to stay there but had no choice as we all were tired and the owner collected the amount before handing over the key.

Pros:

I was not allowed to get inside the hotel when I reached your hotel with luggage at around 3.ooAM on 30.01.2026. Your staff was in drunken condition and he was not opening the door and said nobody is there to help in taking the luggage inside. On the contrary he was asking advance. I am a senior citizen of 76 years old.and my wife is 70 years old.
