La ubicación y la decoración.
Muy cómodo
El spa fantástico.

Cons:

No limpiaron la habitación , para un 5 estrellas un fallo grande.
Además nos quisieron cobrar 10€ porque no encontrábamos una de las tarjetas de la habitación.
Un detalle muy feo

Best hotel in , very special, excellent in all aspects,
Pros:

This hotel is the best hotel we have experienced for years !! It is really a hidden gem.
Everything was excellent and more — the special care of every staff member , the room , the cleanliness, the breakfast , the fantastic pool, also the special attention to artistic details , the historic perfect renovation done all historical areas , also the dinner in the restaurant was exceptional, with great views from the balcony .
Everything was perfect , and you can feel the special interest and care of the owners .

Drahý, ale dobrý, stojí za to!
Pros:

Vynikající, zbytečně se u snídaně neplýtvalo a přesto jsme měli pocit, že je tam všechno. Pan který dělal lívance, nebo vajíčka na všechny způsoby byl úslužný a dal si na jídle, jeho přípravě i servírování hodně záležet a pak to, že je nám je nosili ke stolu, ptali se, jestli ještě něco můžou přinést a dělali kávu na pořádné mašině a ne z automatu dodávalo i tak obyčejné věci jako je snídaně punc luxusu. Líbili se mi všude přítomné časopisy, člověk se ani u bazénu, nebo na záchodě nenudil a nemusel čumět jenom do display

mě asi nic nenapadá, možná by se mi wellness líbil až do 22 hodiny a aspoň bazén klidně od 6 aby si člověk mohl zaplavat před snídaní. (jinak byl od 7 a wellness do 21). Trochu bych upravil ceny za kávu, nebo sklenici vína, chápu, že jde u luxusní hotel, ale co je moc, to je moc

Pros:

Een prachtig hotel gelegen in een relatief rustig plaatsje. Ideaal voor als je het massatoerisme wil vermijden. Het hotel is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een heerlijke sauna met dompelbad. Daar hoef je, net als voor het parkeren, niets extra’s voor te betalen.

Perfect location in the historical city center. Tastefully interior, good breakfast. Well equipped and very nice spa.
