A piece of paradise right on the beach of charming La Punta de Zicatela.
Pros:

Lush and intimate apart hotel complex right on the beach of La Punta, lovely cats, great cocktails and sunsets to die for.

Cons:

The shower was our only issue — there was no way to avoid flooding the entire bathroom after each shower.

No era lo que esperaba.
Pros:

La ambientación exterior y el mobiliario exterior estaba en buenas condiciones y el velador es una persona amable.

Cons:

La cama ya estaba descuidada, la habitación era muy reducida, el baño regular, entiendo que puede haber insectos (cucarachas) pero no en los interiores de la habitación. Falta de estacionamiento y orientación del personal como de que hay horario en las calles y detalles del pueblo.

Hotel hermoso con ubicación perfecta !
Pros:

El hotel es hermoso y muy bien ubicado. A pasos de restaurantes y con salida directa a la playa . Las habitaciones muy buenas , el aire acondicionado funciona perfecto y se mantiene fresca la habitación . La cama y las almohadas muy cómodas. El personal de recepción muy atento y con indicaciones claras .

Cons:

Piden el consumo de alimentos y bebidas dentro del hotel ( es normal y entendible ) pero el servicio no es bueno. Muy pocas veces ( solo una en 4 días ) se acercaron a preguntarnos si queríamos algo más, a levantar las botellas o llevar vasos. Todo el tiempo tuvimos que ir a pedir y a llevar las botellas nosotros mismos. Pedimos sal con limón y se quedó dos días en el mismo sitio donde la dejamos.
Descuidan un poquito la apariencia general y aseo en los alrededores . En toda la estadía hubo la misma basura pequeña alrededor de la alberca, hojas secas de las palmeras caídas sin Recoger . Si bien no es algo grave desmejora algo la belleza del lugar . A pesar de esos dos pequeños si volvería sin dudarlo!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, just like the entire complex, which is clearly very well maintained.

The staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional. Special compliments also go to the restaurant, where the food and drinks was absolutely delicious and of a very high standard.

The location is perfect for relaxing-peaceful yet with direct access to the beach. We really appreciated the sun loungers, hammocks, and the two swimming pools, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Everything was simply perfect!
There was nothing missing. It was an unforgettable trip and I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality getaway.

Lovely Stay in the La Punta Area
Pros:

Good hotel with a lovely exterior. The bedrooms are basic, with a good amount of space. Right on the beach with access via the back of the hotel. Couldn’t hear any other sounds from other rooms which is always great.

Cons:

Given the price I assumed that breakfast was included in the rate. The restaurant prices were a little high for what was given.
