Absolutely beautiful quaint stay, definitely recommend
Pros:

AMAZING view from the room if you are on the lake side! Close walk to the village and many great cafes/restaurants as well as the popes summer palace. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Also easy walk from the train station. We also Ubered to wineries with ease- ubers very available from this location. (And if anyone is wondering, arte e vino did not have a view of the lake but had the best food in my opinion- best food on the lake that we had was cruna del lago)

Cons:

This was not an issue for me but the shower has a window that can be seen through blurred glass from the bedroom area- we found it fine but just fyi if anyone is mot comfortable with that.

I arrived exhausted from a long days hike. In that sense the location was fine. I was offered a bottle of water only after asking for it. The view from the room was nothing short of spectacular. However, no coffee, nothing. I ordered a take away from across the road. The hotel does not offer breakfast.
