Very respectful people and management. Was super easy to meet new people and also residents. Great layout, fun courtyard to hang out and talk to people. Amazing place. Also super close to all the attractions!!! Didn’t buy any expensive uber’s just a quick 10 minute walk to enjoy the air and go to any destination

Great location. Not very clean.

The location was amazing and the area was cute an convenient. The AC was great.

Cons:

The place was not clean upon arrival. The floors were covered in dirt and dust that stuck to your feet and the bathroom door was splattered with dirty liquid. The water temperature was not adjustable it just started cold and then warmed to its one temperature so it was very unpleasant. The shower was also nothing more than a sprinkle with virtually no water pressure. Beach towels were appreciated. Would recommend adding a cooler. It was very difficult to not get sand in the apartment and so a sweeping brush would be appreciated.

Loved the location and the cost of the room was good. Stairway entrance in back not so good.
Pros:

Location was an easy walk to the beach. Parking was available with easy access to A1A. Self checking with key box was easy.

Cons:

Shower was really narrow with only 2 towels for our 3 days/4 nights. Room 313 was around the back of building with inadequate lighting for the stairway.

The floor looked dirty , but it was just old . The tv was hanging in a manner that scared me, and the ac in the window was loud . Check out was 10 AM, I travel a bunch , usually it’s 11 AM

Pros:

the location close to the beach is the only good aspect

Cons:

It smelled of mold and bleach, the windows did not have screens or locks, one window would not stay open and would need something to prop it open, mold/mildew on ceiling near kitchen and along trim, broken AC in bedroom, "sofa bed" is a small couch with cushion not long enough to fit someone over 5'4" and very old/uncomfortable, patches of missing paint, broken trim, thin walls and you can hear others in their room talking and/or walking, very poor customer service. I called the host and she thought I just didn't turn on light switch for AC to work, dismissive, rude.

Matratze mit Folienüberzug sorgte für starkes schwitzen, Badezimmer nicht sauber, Haare lagen rum ! Im Eingang hing ein dreckiger Sichtschutz-Vorhang der sofort abfiel! Insgesamt haben wir uns unwohl gefühlt!

It’s a perfect place to stay for such a good price.
Pros:

Location and price are pretty wonderful! Pretty quiet street one block away from the action.

Cons:

Sheets were old and scratchy. The door was flimsy and easily opened without a key if anyone wanted to. The place is old and looks it, but that’s why it’s so cheap.

La posizione ottima, a due passi dalla spiaggia ed il parcheggio privato proprio davanti alla camera

Cons:

Il materasso veramente da cambiare, la manutenzione della stanza (luci che non funzionavano, mobili scrostati, vetri non lavati da mesi, asciugamani lavati ma tutti macchiati- uno addirittura bucato-)

It's a great place to stay if you can get past the scent and some of the optics.
Pros:

Our host was very responsive and went out of her way to let us know we could enter the studio a few hours early, as we had arrived in town in the early morning. The location is fantastic; it's just a few buildings in from the beach and A1A, the Ft. Lauderdale Beach strip. Parking is included and a real plus if you are travelling by car. The restaurants, bars, and shops are easy walks away. The bedclothes and towels were very clean. The studio includes a refrigerator, portable 2-burner stovetop, toaster, microwave, dinnerware, and cookware, so you can economize by making some simple breakfasts and lunches with food from the CVS down the street. It was nice to have the beach towels and chairs.

Cons:

This is a common problem in Florida: the state's yearlong high humidity leads to moisture buildup indoors. A strong mildew smell permeated the studio. The building could use some structural renovation.
