Clean comfortable hotel with great pool
Pros:

Good location, rooms and bed were very comfortable and clean.
The pool on the roof was lovely

Cons:

A few more sun loungers on the roof would be better

Excellent location, service and value for
Pros:

Excellent location and kindness of staff in general.

A tad annoying when at check in we were asked a few times if we (really) wanted a double bed as we are a same sex couple.

Good efficient room service.

Cons:

Less than smooth internet and also Friday is corporate party night on the second
Floor so very noisy but fizzles out by 22h.

Great location. Good service and wine
Pros:

Location excellent and service trying its best and usually succeeding.

Also good room service and they had decent wine at a very good price for Kerala.

Cons:

The internet was hard to connect to and I had to call housekeeper many times to get me connected to the WiFi. They did come and try and fix it but it would work immediately.

Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Kurzaufenthalte
Pros:

Es gibt auf dem Dach einen sehr schönen Pool, von dem aus man einen interessanten Ausblick auf Trivandrum hat.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, aber ein wenig auf Masse abgestellt. Der Koch war gut.
Das Hotel bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Gäste, die einen Kurzaufenthalt in Trivandrium planen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas dunkel (kleine Fenster mit weniger schönem Ausblick, kein Balkon)
Das Hotel hat typischen Business-Hotel-Charakter.

Good place to stay but could easily be excellent given more staff training
Pros:

Pool was lovely. Food good

Cons:

Very difficult and slow to get pool towels. Waiting staff at the restaurant were very poor. Slow inattentive and poorly trained. Reception staff fine but you constantly felt 'watched' by the manager in reception

Cons:

Havíamos reservado e escolhido um quarto com bastante antecedência, porém ao chegarmos nos foi dado um quarto diferente do reservado. Somente na manhã seguinte, após muita insistência, fomos finalmente acomodados no quarto que havíamos selecionado. Felizmente eu havia tirado fotos do quarto anteriormente, o que facilitou a comprovação. Situações assim poderiam ser evitadas se houvesse maior atenção e respeito às reservas feitas pelos hóspedes. O bem-estar do hóspede deve sempre ser uma prioridade.

Pros:

We have been coming here every year, and the staff are courteous and helpful, it always nice to see the same staff at the front desk again. The executive suite room is very spacious, comfortable and really worth the price. Good food at the restaurants as well.

Pros:

Specious room.

Cons:

Booked for twin beds since the booking.com showed available but when we reached, hotel allotted queen bed and informed us that twin beds not available. Additional charge for a guest breakfast is too high.
