Pros:

We have been coming here every year, and the staff are courteous and helpful, it always nice to see the same staff at the front desk again. The executive suite room is very spacious, comfortable and really worth the price. Good food at the restaurants as well.

Specious room.

Cons:

Booked for twin beds since the booking.com showed available but when we reached, hotel allotted queen bed and informed us that twin beds not available. Additional charge for a guest breakfast is too high.

A clean and comfortable stay, good location for exploring Trivandrum.
Pros:

Comfortable and very clean room equipped with everything we needed.
A good breakfast buffet with lots of options.
Centrally located, good for exploring the city.
Great facilities including rooftop pool and gym.
Attentive and helpful staff.
The 24hour check in was so appreciated when we arrived from the airport at 4am.

A comfortable and welcoming place to call home for 4 nights.
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially to organise a vehicle for one day trips to Amboori and Poorvar. The breakfast and dinner meals was excellent.

Cons:

I cannot identify anything bad about the property.

Hotel should refund money as they were not able to provide breakfast on time as promised.
Pros:

Nice location. Big & nice room.

Cons:

Breakfast was a disaster. It wasn’t ready until 7.25am ( timing 7am to start). We left for airport after having just cereal & milk. Staff members were not helpful & there was no apology. I had to remind reception staff for booking airport taxi.
