Breakfast was really good. Location was good - should of been a ramp as the stairs were quite steep when carrying a suitcase.

Pros:

Le meilleur petit-déjeuner de mon séjour en Italie. Personnel très serviable et qui parle français. Hotel très bien situé, je regrette de n'y être resté qu'une seule nuit, j'aurais bien aimé profiter du jardin suspendu !

Very tidy room, wonderful location in the old town. Staff very helpful

Cons:

The room got very hot and the air conditioner didn't work so we opened the doors to the patio - all fine and good however got bitten by mosquitoes..The eggs were cold, coffee was not great.

Hotel Amici is excellent. Everything we hoped for.
Pros:

Perfect location. Not too far into town, easy walk from train. Located close to many restaurants, shops and our last day there were street vendors. Loved our stay. Breakfast a plus and was excellent.

Cons:

Nothing not to like.

Great stay in Cinque Terre!
Pros:

Great stay! Amazing location. In the historic district, close to so many wondetful restaurants and wine bars. Fantastic breakfast at hotel. Also the hotel is very clean, with crisp white linnens and good pillows. Fourth floor boats a garden, with sun loungers and a great view of the water. Best part...The entire staff is wonderful and beyond welcoming as well as very helpful to maximize your stay. Also everyone speaks several languages including English to make all guests feel at home.
Just a short 15 min walk from train through the tunnel. Also cabs are plentiful if you have luggage.

Cons:

Not all rooms have a balcony. Make sure you book a room with a balcony for maximum enjoyment.
