Great stay for 3 days
Pros:

Loved the location near the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Choice of restaurants within a few metres. Wifi worked well.

Buon prezzo ma lontano da standard europei

Ottimo prezzo, camere spaziose, posizione e molto verde

Cons:

Scarafaggio trovato in bagno e insetti volanti in giro per per la stanza. Luce ospedaliera e bagno “all’indiana”.

Отличный отдых в Farm Resort
Pros:

Великолепный отель с комфортабельными домиками-бунгало в зелени, уютное кафе с разнообразными и вкусными блюдами, вежливый и услужливый персонал.
В домиках есть все, что нужно для проживания- большая кровать со свежим бельем, шкафы, телевизор, диванчик, тумбочки, стол, кресла, ванная комната с горячей водой, небольшая терраса с креслами, где можно вечером посидеть.
Хозяин отеля Адам очень приятный человек, который помог купить билеты на паром, помог арендовать байк, все вопросы решал быстро и оперативно.
Кстати, у него одного на острове электрические байки для аренды.
В отеле есть генератор на случай кратковременного отключения электричества.
Завтраки, включенные в стоимость проживания разнообразны и вкусны: каша, блинчики, омлет, яичница, мюсли и т.д
Повар старается учитывать все пожелания гостей.
На ужин готовят морепродукты, свежайшую рыбу, национальные блюда.
Атмосфера в отеле дружелюбная и расслабляющая.
Очень рекомендую этот отель для отдыха на острове!
Вы получите массу положительных впечатлений!

Havelock Island - Havelock Farms Resort
Pros:

Belle camere, spaziose e immerse nel verde. Non distante da una bella spiaggia (150 MT). Anche il bagno in camera è spazioso. Vicino al resort ci sono alcuni ristoranti e servizi per acquistare beni necessari. Inoltre, a circa 200 MT si trova il Resort Dolphin dove è possibile accedere al bar per bersi una birra o un cocktail a prezzi abbordabili (ci sono solo poche strutture che vendono alcolici in quanto soggette al rilascio di una licenza del governo)

Cons:

Il ristorante è bello ma ha bisogno di una riorganizzazione in quanto il servizio è veramente lento (anche a colazione). Il cibo comunque è buono

Troppo caro per i servizi offerti
Pros:

La posizione è abbastanza comoda, circa 5 minuti di motorino dal villaggio principale e 10 dal porto. Abbiamo molto apprezzato che ci sia stato offerto il trasporto dal porto al nostro arrivo. La struttura è carina, potrebbe essere tenuta un pochino meglio con piccole accortezze. Letto comodo.

Cons:

Siamo stati 4 notti e al secondo giorno abbiamo consegnato alla reception un sacco con i nostri vestiti da lavare. Il giorno prima di partire abbiamo chiesto notizie sui nostri vestiti e ci è stato detto che non erano pronti. La mattina dopo noi saremmo partiti e quindi mi sono raccomandata di farceli trovare pronti prima del check out. Ovviamente così non è stato. Per fortuna abbiamo solo cambiato hotel e non isola, altrimenti come avremmo fatto? Alla fine i nostri vestiti sono stati consegnati nel nostro nuovo hotel, ma erano lavati malissimo e pieni di macchie. Sinceramente un servizio pessimo.
Le camere non vengono mai pulite, non passano neanche a svuotare i cestini e anche il ristorante della struttura dovrebbe migliorare molto la pulizia e l'igiene.
Non mi piace lasciare recensioni negative, so quanto sia difficile avere a che fare con i clienti, però questo hotel non costa pochissimo e secondo me il rapporto qualità prezzo è decisamente basso. Spero possiate prendere questo feedback come spunto per migliorare i vostri servizi.
