Important information:

To guarantee your reservation, the property holds your credit card details provided in the booking process, to then make the 100% charge as maximum 3 days before the check-in date.

You are notified of total amount of tax to be paid during and after completing the reservation process. If the reservation is canceled, there may be charges due.

Check-in is at 3 PM, you can arrive earlier and make use of the facilities while your room is ready.
Check-out is at 12 PM (midday), you can return the key and enjoy the facilities the rest of the day.

If you do not check-out by 12 PM (midday), you will be charged Q 100 for each hour or extra fraction.

Children under 10 years stay free of charge and are not eligible for complimentary breakfast.

It is forbidden to consume alcohol inside hotel facilities that have not been purchased at the property. The only exception is having obtained prior authorization and paying uncork fees.

For the well-being of all, noise is not allowed after 10 PM inside or outside the rooms.

Beautiful stay in a secluded but developed lakeside town.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a location in the lake that feels isolated from the tourist hubs on the other lakeside towns. The staff is very welcoming and the rooms are spotless and unique. The food in the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. The included breakfast was very good. We loved that they included one hour of kayaking with our stay, the little bay where the hotel is located is great for this kind of activity because very few boats are moving around so it's super quiet.

Cons:

Maybe my only comment would be that the published schedule for kayaking in the information they gave us was starting at 7am but the person at front desk said that the earliest we could go was 8. We would have liked to kayak earlier to avoid too much sun.

La piscina dice que es temperada pero no la pudimos usar por lo fría que era. Nos quedamos para san Valentín y no pudimos cenar en el restaurante del hotel porque no teníamos reserva a pesar de que estábamos hospedados en el hotel y el personal no nos ayudó

La vue sur le lac, le jardin très bien entretenu, personnel de la réception agréable

Cons:

L'hôtel possède un tres beau jardin mais nous n'avons pas été au calme comme nous lavions espéré puisqu'un groupe d'étudiant etait présent et occupait 90% de l'hôtel sans respecter les autres.
Il est clair que nous avons réservé le Toliman pour sa vue mais j'ai ete tres déçue lorsque nous nous sommes présentées a 8h30 pour le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse et le personnel nous a indiqué qu'elle etait indisponible alors que celle ci était vide ... clairement décevant

L'hôtel a manqué de transparence sur les prix de service de laverie, nous avons eu une mauvaise surprise a la réception de la facture

Mauvais rapport qualité prix pour les raisons évoquées, d'autant plus que les chambres sont dans leur jus et que le village de San Lucas est assez excentré et n'est desservi en lancha que depuis panajachel.

Het restaurant was fantastisch. We hebben er elke dag gegeten voor een goede prijs.
Voelde veilig door de bewaking. Bootje naar Panajachel onder aan het hotel.
