Important information:

To guarantee your reservation, the property holds your credit card details provided in the booking process, to then make the 100% charge as maximum 3 days before the check-in date.

You are notified of total amount of tax to be paid during and after completing the reservation process. If the reservation is canceled, there may be charges due.

Check-in is at 3 PM, you can arrive earlier and make use of the facilities while your room is ready.
Check-out is at 12 PM (midday), you can return the key and enjoy the facilities the rest of the day.

If you do not check-out by 12 PM (midday), you will be charged Q 100 for each hour or extra fraction.

Children under 10 years stay free of charge and are not eligible for complimentary breakfast.

It is forbidden to consume alcohol inside hotel facilities that have not been purchased at the property. The only exception is having obtained prior authorization and paying uncork fees.

For the well-being of all, noise is not allowed after 10 PM inside or outside the rooms.

Eigenlijk was alles perfect. Het heerlijke ontbijt, vriendelijke personeel. Mooie kamer, zeer schoon.
Het restaurant was fantastisch. We hebben er elke dag gegeten voor een goede prijs.
Voelde veilig door de bewaking. Bootje naar Panajachel onder aan het hotel.

Fantastic place in a very authentic little town.

The location was excellent. Free kayaks made it the best experience. The restaurant really made it a fantastic stay!

Beautiful property in a town that didn’t have crowds of tourists
Pros:

The property is beautiful. We stayed in a family room that had 3 double beds and a twin. It was huge, clean, and sort of separated in the middle which made it feel more spacious. The included breakfast was super delicious, fresh, and had a variety of foods. We also enjoyed dinner there the first night. The grounds are very pretty, lake view from the restaurant, the pool was nice, and we used the free kayaks which really added to our experience. My teenage sons also enjoyed the pool and trampoline. The property is very close to the dock when you arrive by boat, so no need to hire a ride. Catch the boat from Panajachel at the Tzanjuyu dock for only 25 quetzales each person.

Estaba bien ubicado y el personal es muy atento

Cons:

Estaba en un primer nivel y el piso del segundo era de madera, allí había otra familia hospedada que hacía mucho ruido hasta altas horas y en la mañana, al ser piso de madera todo se escuchaba ya que movían silla, saltaban, tiraban cosas al piso, fue difícil descansar. Lo manifesté en la recepción pero al otro día fue igual. La piscina climatizada no existe, está fría en todo momento.
