Staff helpful and sensitive to your needs!
Pros:

Paco and the staff were amazing and helped customize our stay to our needs. The location is a 10/10 and it’s a very charming hotel.

Cons:

We stayed during a very warm month and needed air conditioning. The staff were so kind and worked magic to make that happen elsewhere. During a cooler season this wouldn’t be an issue.

wonderful natural place with great people
Pros:

the cabaña, the beach, the personnell,.. everything was amazing

Cons:

the top floor of the cabaña is an amazing experience, but you need to be aware it is quite noisy because of the big waves hitting the beach all night long. if you are sensitive to noise (or heat because of open space and no aircondition) maybe not the perfect place upstairs. If you are out for nature experience with top comfort thats the place!!

Would definitely return. Good value on a great property.
Pros:

Perfect location on the beach. Nice little restaurant on site.

Cons:

Feel bad complaining but the surf was REALLY loud at night. But I’m from Colorado, so definitely not used to that.

The location right on the beach was a dream. Hearing the waves at night was so nice.

Cons:

The bed was quite small and not the most comfortable. Food in the restaurant also not great, but it didn't matter as there are so many other places around.

Idealic location! Enjoyed stay in upstairs palapa room
Pros:

The restaurant is located in the center of the complex, outdoor in nice shade and with a beautiful view of the ocean.

The upstairs palapa has a wonderful view and breeze!

Cons:

Wifi was pretty unreliable, but could be the town utility

Pros:

Lå skønt og personalet var utrolig søde og hjælpsomme.

Cons:

Der lugtede til tider af fisk fra stranden, da fiskerne kom ind hver morgen med store fisk, som de rensede på stranden meget tæt ved hotellet

Pros:

The room is well designed, mainly for a romantic couple with a specific sort of holiday in mind. So, for a single traveller, it is a very nice place with a magnificent view. Probably the best place in town.

Cons:

I think that the staff are complicated mix, room service staff were helpful, and meticulous but could have done the cleaning in a fraction of the time. There is a bar and kitchen which is often closed and seems to be run by very nice people, but they are not well organised. This is excused as Mexican culture, but I think it's a management oversight issue - it would pay them to take a notebook and to spend some time in something equivalent in Asia to see what is possible.

Great stay overall and on the prettiest beach around.
Pros:

This place is right on the beach which is lovely. Staff we absolutely awesome.

Cons:

The bed was too firm and there is no air conditioning. For the price I would expect a bit more, but hey, you can roll out of the bed and onto the beach.

Wunderbare Oase mitten im Ort und mitten am Strand.
Kleine Hotelanlage mit neun Zimmern, sehr gepflegt, von Palmen umhüllt in wunderbaren kleinen Bungalows.
Sehr motivierter, aufmerksamer, hilfsbereiter und netter Service, gute Bar, alles mit Jesus an der Bar findet man auch zum Glauben zurück! Danke für die tollen Cocktails

El diseño de las cabañas, la ubicación, la limpieza, todo espectacular!

Cons:

Solo cambiaría al chico de la recepción, cero atento, como si le molestara la llegada de un huésped. Mejor los de limpieza o del restaurante te atienden y él sigue pegado a la compu como si nada.
