We had an absolutely wonderful stay at your Cres Ebo Mansionl! From the moment we arrived, your friendly staff made us feel right at home with their warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The delicious breakfast spread was a highlight each morning. Thank you for creating such memorable moments—we'll definitely be back soon!
Despite a few things I didn’t personally like during my stay, I still want to appreciate the hotel for its overall service and effort. The staff were courteous, the place was clean, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Every experience has room for improvement, but I commend the hotel for the things they did well and for making guests feel welcome.
They are super frindly, Location is very convenient, also very clean. And they were super supportive with a problem with my booking.

Kind staff, comfortable beds, and very affordable.
Saw two cockroaches in the lobby and hallway. Breakfast was limited (same options, only protein changed, sweets cost extra). One room had no water pressure in the shower.
We cannot use hot water in the shower room unfortunately :((

I didn't like the noisy air conditioner, which looked like it was from prehistoric era.
There are not vegetarian options at breakfast. However, the staff are trying to help.

The staff was fantastic, easy access to trikes and tuk tuks, and the room was clean.
The TV was the smallest TV I've ever seen in an apartment or hotel room! Also they charge 100 pesos to use an iron and it's a per hour charge! I've stayed on three continents in multiple cities, a multitude of vacation spots. I have never, ever, ever, been charged to use an iron! That is absolutely ridiculous!
