O experiență plăcută și un sejur reușit în orașul simbol al Bulgariei și împrejurimi
Pros:

Camera și baia (cu cadă) mari, bine utilate, curățenia, schimbarea prosoapelor de câte ori am vrut, discreția, liniștea. Micul dejun suedez, indestulator, cu o gama aproape completa din alimentele de baza (ouă, mezeluri, brânzeturi, legume, desert, fructe, cafea, ceai, suc etc.). Spa-ul cu piscină (in jur de 30 mp), saună finlandeză care a funcționat foarte bine, șezlonguri, vestiare, dușuri etc., seara fiind o plăcere să te relaxezi acolo. La exterior există o grădiniță, destul de umbrită, cu mai multe mese și scaune, cu flori frumoase, unde puteai să ieși cu micul dejun sau să-ți bei cafeaua. La subsol există un garaj unde se pot parca câteva mașini. Personalul foarte amabil și serviabil

Cons:

Singurul lucru care nu ne-a plăcut a fost patul, nu atât pentru confort, cât pentru faptul că era foarte jos și saltelele cam obosite, altfel patul fiind foarte mare (cred că 2,00x1,80). Ar fi fost excelent ca Spa-ul să fie deschis seara mai mult de ora 20, ca să te poți relaxa la revenirea după o zi de plimbare.

Pros:

Un hotel qui fait le job. Assez loin de la foule et du centre ville tout en étant assez proche pour se rendre à pied au vieux Velico. Une chambre spacieuse qui, une fois passé la découverte de la moquette, a tout ce qu il faut. Une salle de bain avec douche ET baignoire. Petit déjeuner classique avec le minimum maus un personnel très agréable. La piscine et la place de parking sont de vrais plus. Nous recommandons

Le petit déjeuner mériterait de la vraie confiture, des fruits autres que des pommes, et de saisons...

Нямаше никой на рецепция. Общо взето, като изключим камериерките, хотела е като на самообслужване.
Нямаше никой на рецепция - нито при пристигане (беше ни оставен ключа), нито при напускане.
Водата в басейна беше доста хладна.

Bien pour de la détente
Pros:

Le petit déjeuné est très bien. La chambre très spacieuse et propre. La possibilité de se garer soit à l'hôtel soit dans la rue gratuitement.

Cons:

L'odeur de la piscine dans la chambre juste au dessus. La température de la piscine un peu fraiche et pas de jets d'eau ou de fontaine fonctionnelle. un peu chaud dans la salle de déjeuner le matin. Un peu cher pour le pays.
