Персонала на рецепция е много озивчив. Има паркинг, вкусна храна в ресторанта. Чисти стаи. Банята има прозорче.

Cons:

Закуската започва късно, а хората често пътуват по работа дори и през уикенда.
Музиката в ресторанта беше прркалено шумна. Душкабината тече.

Sejurul a fost foarte plăcut, camerele curate, personalul foarte drăguț, zona de relaxare foarte plăcută si curată, domul de la masaj extraordinar de drăguț cu un serviciu de calitate.

Great to visit Veliko
Pros:

The hotel is close to the center of Veliko, we drove and it took us 4 minutes. The location is in a forest, quiet, beautiful and clean, friendly staff, generous parking.

-it is a quiet area a bit outside city but yet quite close, very nice /view nature around;
-they have a proper parking spot in their courtyard;
-fast checkin procedure;

Cons:

-breakfast should have more options;
-bad wifi;
-spa closing too early at 7 pm.
-a bit difficult to reach by car if you come from city, have to take a larger path/longer way of 10-15 mins driving.

Locația de excepție, mâncare de calitate,personal amabil,curățenie.Loc de parcare si distanta rezonabila ,chiar la mers pe jos, pana în oraș.
