Location is good..Right at the bus stop. Receptionist was very helpful..provided us the standing fan when it was very hot.
Rooms are very basic. Nothing like what is shown in the pictures. It was very very hot..No Fans in the room..Rooms are located on the 2nd or 3rd floor with no lifts..difficult to carry heavy luggage upstairs
I didn’t like anything.
I was charged €10 in cash (no credit card accepted) for “late check-in” — even though I booked at 22.30 and arrived a few minutes later. This was not clearly explained on Booking.com. The reception employee was rude and threatened to not allow me to check-in at all (even though the room was paid already — “it was paid to Booking not to us so I don’t care”).
The personal on reception was very friendly and nice person. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet

everything was good. a quiet hotel with a great location. there is a refrigerator. and in my single room there is a sink and shower. friendly receptionist. I would like to see a kettle and microwave added to the common area. and a couple of glasses in the room.
