Pros:

This place is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The staff were so helpful and accommodating, and the hotel is right next to downtown Brixen with about a 15 minute walk to the train station. The breakfast every morning was also great, and a convenient way to start the day.

Cons:

The first room I got smelled faintly of cigarettes but the staff moved and even upgraded my room immediately. Some parts of the hotel are a little dated, but clean and functional.
